The place was amazing, Kristin was just a text away and had answers for everything. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful spot. Kristin was also very accommodating the entire trip.

Perfect as our base of operations. All the sites we wanted to see and all the activities we wanted to participate in were very close to this rental. We would definitely stay here again. The beds were extremely comfortable. The air-conditioning worked great in two of the rooms, but in the room with the twin beds, not so much. We did keep the door shut, so that didn’t help. However, people like their privacy. We never did use the kitchen facilities, but they were very nice. We also did not go swimming, however, my daughter did use your fitness area and loved it. One thing we absolutely loved about this property was the washing machine and dryer inside the apartment. We definitely took advantage of those. This was a peaceful place and following the rules of the HOA wasn’t that hard. You probably won’t want to park in the garage, because it is very narrow. However, Visitor passes were left in the welcome kit, so we just parked in the outside parking area for our unit, and that was much better, though also a bit tight. Our host’s communication was excellent and very quick.

Stay was all we expected and more. Close to great food, great beaches and some amazing golf courses. Overall facilities pool and gym were fantastic as well. Management took care of all needs during our stay. Would book and stay again.

We loved our stay here! It was a beautiful property and perfect place for our family to stay. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the beach equipment in the garage. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay on Kauai. Location was perfect for seeing the whole island. Plenty of space for our family. Loved that they had laundry detergent, stain spray (for the red dirt!), dish washer pods, plastic bags, spices, etc. Those things are never expected in VRBOs but so nice when they’re available! The pool and hot tub were great too!

Upon arriving, we were contacted by management. We were very concerned because they wanted to know if we were canceling due to Hurricane Lala. We told them we just landed and would be there shortly. When arriving we noticed the accordion door to the laundry was off its hinges. The master bathroom vanity bulb was out, and a large stain to the carpeted bedroom floor by the left of the master bed night stand looked like dried coke or vomit? I let management know. They fixed the door but didn't adress the rest. Our biggest concern was the bedroom with 2 twin beds. Despite AC permanently set to 73 and a ceiling fan, it was sweltering in that room. I would recommend another fan to cool that room down. On the plus side, the unit was good for our family of 5. Garage had a cooler, snorkling gear, beach chairs and boogie boards which we took advantage of. It was a nice stay, but we will probably book our previous rental for next time.

Unit was very clean and great location /close to poipu beach. Unit was as advertised and super easy check in. Unit was pretty warm at night with A/C set higher than we would’ve liked but we expect that in Hawaii where electric rates are high. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order (or under renovations) at the facility but we were at the beach most of the time so it didn’t interfere with anything. All in all a fun trip on our first visit to Kaua’i.
