This apartment includes the following amenities (except for short stays of less than 5 nights):
- Bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 dishcloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.
- 1 parking space in the residence, provided it meets the required length and height criteria: maximum length 5 meters and maximum height 2.20 meters.
Please note the following:
- A security deposit of €2000, taken via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival at our partner Swikly's website.
- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5 PM and 7 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9 AM on your departure day.
- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you return it in the same condition.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking policy (cigarettes, shisha, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.
This penalty will be used for cleaning the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
