We LOVED our stay in this Ramrod Key home. It was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed for the month, furniture was comfortable, loved the porch and underneath porch area. Greg our host was very quick to respond to our needs. Only one suggestion I could give to the host would be to move the air condition unit from under the master bedroom to the side of the home, it is very loud and it's makes it hard to sleep, eventually you get used to it after about 2 weeks. Other than that it was fabulous!!
The house had more amenities than we expected. Paddle boards, kayaks, and more. The owner was great to work with when any questions came up. It’s close to loo key resort and had a friend stay there and come diving with us during the day.
We love this location for easy access to open water. Property includes 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Property manager was responsive and nice to work with. Renovated primary bathroom shower is beautiful. Could use additional updates including new mattresses/bedding and kitchen island.

A rough start. Owners were very available at all times. Location is great. Close to markets, restaurant, gas on the water and on land. Space enough for 8. We had family come in during the month. Everyone had a great time.
We spent a lot of time paddling out of the canal and into the shallow bay to look for aquatic life. We saw nurse sharks, Bonnethead sharks, rays, barracudas and more! The bird sightings were also wonderful - lots of herons and egrets and a resident osprey. We paddled around the small island at the end of the Key as well.
The upper porch is a lovely place for coffee and breakfast in the morning.
Our over all stay was very nice. We were disappointed in the lack of lighting downstairs, the dock electric not working and not a long enough extension cord provided to make up for the electricity on the dock not working. A safety issue was the set up for the washer and dryer. The lids are just too heavy and one of the cords broke holding up the lid while getting into the washer. We were lucky there was not an injury.

Anne,
We are glad you enjoyed your stay, but were not happy to hear about the couple of items that did not meet your expectations.
We will make sure we check and repair if needed the washer/dryer supports and appreciate the feedback. The lids need to be sturdy due to the hurricanes and windy weather we sometimes get down in the keys.
We do have plenty of extension cords for guest use and if the electric is not working at the dock we could have had this repaired during your stay if notified. Your review will help us improve the experience and stays we offer to our guests.
Regards,
Greg
