3/4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on a protected cove on beautiful Keuka Lake. This is a new rental property. In a joint venture with good friends we are excited to have this home to rent and use on the west side of Keuka Lake. Recently updated with all of the modern amenities that anyone could want in their own home or in a vacation property, you will not be disappointed in this property! The sunrise comes up directly across the lake and is a spectacle to watch every morning. Conveniently located halfway between Hammondsport ( once voted cutest small town in America ) and Branchport on West Lake Road the house is in a perfect location to visit all of the many wineries, breweries, and distilleries in the area! Fall Getaway

Sept 27 - Oct 1 2023: This house was as advertised and more. It was perfect for 6 50-something friends from Pittsburgh to have an extra-long weekend away. Close to many wineries and distilleries (Barrelhouse 6 - oh yeah!). House was very clean on arrival and was outfitted with everything we needed - from cookware to kayaks! Owner was very prompt with all inquiries (Thanks, Marisa!!). Would definitely stay here again!!

This home is right next door to another home that is owned by Scott and Marisa Jones. It is a fantastic flat property with no steps to the lake and room to park 4 cars comfortably.
