It consists of two 100-square-meter apartments furnished with antique pieces and equipped with every modern comfort, set on a 3,000-square-meter enclosed property with a pool and playground.
An ideal spot for fishing enthusiasts—a private pond is just a 5-minute walk from the house.

La Longère is a building dating from 1900. It consists of two apartments, each measuring 100 m².
Each apartment features two large living areas of approximately 50 m² (kitchen and living room) and a bathroom, all on one level. The bedrooms are upstairs, with three per apartment.
The style is rustic with antique furniture.
We provide all the comforts you need for a great holiday.
Both kitchenettes are well-equipped: stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, and Senseo machine. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine in one of the apartments.
The outdoor area is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, featuring 3 terraces—1 facing east and 2 facing west towards the pool.

Sheets are included in the price; beds are not made.

Household linens rental: tea towels, bath towels, pool towels—10 euros per person

The farmhouse is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with family or friends.

Life and Comfort at La Longère
- We count on you to respect the peace and quiet of the property.
- Our cottage is smoke-free; smoking is permitted outdoors only. If you wish to smoke outside, please do not discard your cigarette butts on the lawn, in the garden, or around the pool. There is an ashtray available under the kitchen sink. If the guest fails to comply with this rule, the owner reserves the right to charge an additional fee for cleaning curtains, sofa covers, etc.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Your package includes housekeeping; linens are available upon request. - Environmental responsibility: We have provided recycling bins for your use; it is your responsibility to empty them regularly.
-Additional guidelines: Water is life; it is precious—let’s conserve it. Please turn off the lights when you leave a room, and while it may seem obvious, please remember to turn them off when you open doors or windows...
The Pond:
You have access to our private pond for fishing (roach, carp, trout, etc.) or relaxing. Children are your responsibility. You may have a barbecue there, but please be careful of fire hazards. Please leave this area clean. Swimming is prohibited here.

Cleaning:
We count on you to: wash and clean the kitchen area, empty and dispose of your trash, wash your dishes, empty the dishwasher, and remove the bed linens and towels (and place them together in the kitchen), ensuring the apartment is left as tidy as it was upon your arrival.

Linen Rental:

• Rental of all household linens: tea towels (4), bed linens, bath towels, beach towels: 10 euros/person

The Pool
• Access to the pool is at your own risk; swimming is unsupervised, and minors are the sole responsibility of adults. - Bath towels: Please do not use bath towels at the pool (as the chlorine will damage them). In the event of damage to the towels, you will be charged a 10-euro deductible per towel.

• Free Wi-Fi access
