In the heart of the Landes region, close to the centres of interest and activities of the Landes and Basque coasts, you will be able to fully enjoy the atmosphere and the gentle way of life of the South-West!

This superb house of 150 m², bright and in a quiet area with all shops nearby, includes :
- a superb terrace in a large garden,
- a large and bright living room,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- two bedrooms with two single beds,
- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a comfortable sofa bed,
- two bathrooms with showers (one with additional bath),
- a nice open kitchen very well equipped (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge),
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities, cot,
- TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan,
- a garage in the driveway.

It is strictly forbidden to recharge your electric car or use the fireplace in this accommodation, under penalty of bail.

## Neighborhood

Ideally located just a stone's throw from Labenne train station, you can get around on foot and enjoy the town in complete peace of mind. Located in a quiet area, you will have easy access to cafes, shops and restaurants. A 40-minute walk away, you can discover the Marais d'Orx National Nature Reserve, enjoy the Acquatic Landes, the largest water park on the south coast of Aquitaine, visit the zoo of Labenne, or go treetop trekking at the Robinson Park. If you take the bicycle path on the Avenue de l'Océan at the foot of the accommodation, you will be able to reach the must-see Central Beach of Labenne (10 minutes by bike) and enjoy its activities. Lastly, if you feel like it, you can reach Bayonne in 20 minutes by car and Biarritz in 30 minutes.

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.
