Nous avons passé 3 jours à 2 personnes dans cet atypique et très bel atelier réaménagé très joliment et intelligemment en appartement.La rue est très calme et la grande partie vitrée n’est absolument pas gênante bien au contraire. Superbe vue sur le théâtre de la haute ville juste en face.Granville est une belle station balnéaire et la cité haute est charmante avec ses vieilles maisons et ses remparts. La vie de quartier est très sympa au niveau de la place à 200m de l’appartement.Sans hésiter nous y reviendrons si nous sommes de nouveau à Granville dans le futur.

l'adresse et le code de la boite à clé fournis par l'annonce d'Abritel suite à la validation de notre réservation n'était pas correcte, d'où une perte de temps considérable.Apres ces déboires nous avons pu apprécier l'appartement très bien placé.

Un espace très agréable à vivre, à la fois élégant et bien équipé, à la hauteur de la belle et stylée ville de Granville. Propriétaires très sympas et précis. Le petit plus charme : la fenêtre aménagée en coin lecture, qui a fait le bonheur de notre enfant.

Appartement très bien équipé, bien situé et qui permet d'oublier la voiture pour se promener dans Granville. Lieu atypique (ancien atelier d'artiste, sans doute).

Bel appartement très bien situé

L'appartement situé au rez de chaussée d'un bâtiment dans la vieille ville est très "cocoon" rénové avec soin et fonctionnel. Il n'a pas été compliqué de se garer (décembre) et en l'absence du propriétaire une boite à clés a été la solution idéale pour prendre possession des lieux. Correctement équipé rien ne manquait. Je recommande pour un week-end ou un séjour plus long. Maxime a été réactif dans mes demandes.

Logement rénové récemment par des gens très compétents, tout est ''nickel''. Situation bien sympathique au sein de la ville haute, à deux pas de ''la rafale'', lieu emblématique de l'animation ! N'hésitez pas, c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.
