La Valmériane is ideally located 5 minutes' walk from Sylvabelle beach, with no road for young children to cross.
You can also discover the small wild coves of the coastal path, take advantage of the proximity of Saint Tropez, Ramatuelle and their picturesque little streets.

erholsamen Urlaub

Wir durften 2 Wochen das Haus und die Umgebung geniessen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch wurden wir bei einem kleinen Problem sofort von Frau Mourer kontaktiert und es wurde uns geholfen ohne grosses Trara. Alles war da, was wir benötigten. Wir hoffen wieder in den Genuss dieses ruhigen angenehmen Hauses zu kommen.

Agreéable séjour dans une location parfaite et calme

Nous avons passé nos vacances d'automne dans cette villa qui a parfaitement suffit à nos expectations. Les chambres sont bien distribuées et équipées, l'emplacement est juste super proche de la mer aussi que de la rue et pourtant calme. La propriétaire était sympathique et sans complications. Nous aimont bien cette logement!

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison parfaitement équipée et à 5 minutes d une très jolie plage. Cependant en mai, la maison est très humide à l etage du bas où se trouve les chambres. Il y fait froid et si vous êtes allergique à l humidité passez votre chemin. Il n a pourtant pas plu de la semaine. C est sûrement différent en juillet /août quand il fait très sec.

Tolle Unterkunft, ideal für Familien mit Kindern

Wir waren mit sechs Personen incl. Kleinkind dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist von der Klimaanlage bis zur Mikrowelle sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die zweite Toilette und die super Außendusche auf einer der drei Terrassen verhindert auch bei mehreren Personen lange Warteschlangen. Gehzeit zum kleinen aber feinen Strand ca. 8 Minuten.

Schöne villa

Schöne Villa mit großzügigen Außenanlagen. Am besten hat uns die Aussenküche mit Grill gefallen. Es gibt einen überdeckten Aussensitz im Falle von Regen. Küche und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Man kann zu Fuss an den schönen Plage Sylvabelle Laufen. Lediglich die in die Jahre gekommenen Fenster und Türen klemmen beim Öffnen und Schließen.

Maison bien située dans un site verdoyant avec une vue magnifique sur les forêts de Pins parasol. A proximité de la plage de Sylvabelle et et de magnifiques villages à visiter tels que Ramatuelle, Gassin, la Garde-Freinet, Grimaud .... Très satisfaits de notre séjour. Et un plus bien accueillant ce petit Rosé bien frais lors de notre arrivée.
