The MAJOR ASSET is the beautiful beach of Gigaro less than a minute walk, 80 meters, while being quiet and enjoying a large fenced garden.
The large garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation is a haven of peace, and will offer relaxation.
Beautiful naps perspective quiet and shady vegetation, cabins for children in the garden.
The house was completely renovated in 2012, maintained and improved each year and offers quiet, Comfort and Charm.
The bedding is new.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Nähe zum Strand mit guter Gastronomie…ausgezeichnet. Eine hilfsbereite Vermieterin mit Charme. Immer erreichbar. Großes Grundstück mit Sonnen- und Schattenbereichen. Alles da und sehr sauber. Behalten das für den nächsten Urlaub in jedem Fall im Auge. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäckerei fußläufig zu erreichen. Erstaunlich breites Angebot.Waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

Laut und schattig

Gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum tollen Strand von Gigaro. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr einfach aber komplett ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist zugewachsen, sehr schattig und ungepflegt. An mehreren Stellen liegt Gerümpel wie ein altes Gartentor oder eine alte Markise. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich auch das Haus der Besitzer, mit dem man sich die Einfahrt teilt. Als wir anfangs unser Auto nicht auf die Seite gequetscht hatten, wurde es von den Besitzern einfach blockiert. In der Nachbarschaft wird oft Party gemacht. Die Mädchen kreischten oft bis in die Morgenstunden. Außerdem war in ca. 50 m eine Großbaustelle (Hotelneubau). Der erhebliche Lärm ging oft bis nach 20 Uhr. Fazit: Der Strand ist top. Wer aber Ruhe sucht oder ein sonniges Plätzchen am Haus, ist hier falsch.

Une charmante petite maison à deux pas de la plage

Parfait ! La maison est vieille et sans climatisation mais jolie et la situation par rapport à la plage et aux restaurants du Gigaro est incomparable. Il y a beaucoup d'ombre dans un grand jardin plein d'arbres. Les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Relaxing holidays in an enchanting cottage

It is a nice and calm flat with a great privacy garden. The location of the property is excellent. The only thing, we would citices is, that die Kitchenutensils looks cheap an doesn´t match to the rest of the house. Even the outdoor shower can be renewed, and with more power of water. Nevertheless, when we would come back , we will surely book the house from marianne again. And we although have recommended the house by friends. With kindly regards Dagmar & Peter

Uns gefiel besonders die Nähe zum Strand und der große Garten in dem man ganz für sich ist.

Unser Aufenthalt war mitte September, 2 Wochen lang. Der Strand von Gigaro hat uns sehr gefallen, man kann direkt vom Strand über einen etwas holbrigen Küstenpfad zu wunder schönen Buchten wandern. Den Ort Gigaro fanden wir recht ruhig. Im Spar bekommt man alles nötige. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Very nice house with very nice garden.

The house is very nice. A few things would have to be renewed. But we liked our stay. The description corresponded to the reality. The only exception was that the road is very close to the house (10 metres) and unfortunately very busy and during the night very often adolescents go drunk and loud from the beach home. The residents of the gated communities obviously like to drive their SUV through the area. Sometimes rushhours ... Also, there are two dogs in the kennel at the neighbors, so we were often awakened in the night by bark. But do not be afraid: you will recover magnificently!

A deux pas de la mer et du départ des sentiers du littoral, cette petite location est idéalement située et particulièrement agréable avec sa terrasse ensoleillée et son jardin arboré parfait pour les enfants (x 3). Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Problemlose Buchung und Betreuung, aber leider zu wenig Instruktion bezüglich Herd und Fernseher, zumal diese auch nur in Französich und eher oberflächlich erfolgte. Mobiliar älteren Datums. Trotz schöner erlebter Tage leider relativ teuer. Wiederkehr trotzdem nicth ausgeschlossen

Excellentes vacances dans un endroit de rêve

Nous avons passé des vacances excellentes dans un endroit de rêve. Un logement agréablement aménagé, très propre et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Terrasse agréable et la douche à l’extérieur est très sympa. Maison bien située à proximité de la mer et du sentier du Littoral pour faire de belles promenades. Merveilleuses vacances!

Très jolie maison,bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût (d'une propreté irréprochable). La douche extérieure est un plus très agréable. Magnifique jardin méditerranéen, endroit très reposant. La magnifique plage de Gigaro (plage privée, restaurants et club nautique) est à deux pas ainsi que la supérette. De très belles ballades vous attendent également au départ de la maison (sentier du littoral). Un petit coin de paradis dans lequel Marianne,la propriétaire vous accueillera avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité.

Super, sehr empfehlenswert!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, ganz toll war die Aussendusche mit Warmwasser sowie die Holzterrasse vor dem Haus. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nahe, und ebenfalls ein wunderschönes Wandergebiet mit abgelegenen Stränden. Ein Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, dort gibt es morgens frische Croissants und Brot. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr freundlich und gibt gerne gute Tipps. Wir waren vier Personen, es ist kein riesiges Haus, aber wir hatten genügend Platz.

Merveilleux emplacement

Une très belle villa sur un terrain très privé et très agréable. Le tout correspond aux photos . Tout est très propre , bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'accueil a été chaleureux et Marianne est très efficace, très organisée et soucieuse de notre confort. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage de Gigaro et du Parc du Cap Lardier. L'emplacement est idéal pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants ( grand terrain clôturé, proximité de la plage...) Merci à Justine pour les sachets de lavande

Endroit paradisiaque, Vacances Fabuleuses

C'est par une amie que j'ai connu cet endroit paradisiaque : Gigaro. Côte sauvage à 10 mn de St-tropez et Ramatuelle... La maison que nous avons loué est charmante, il y a tout le confort. On arrive et on tombe sous le charme de ce logis provençal. Vraiment très propre, rare de trouver une location si soignée. Les couleurs sont douces et agréables, on s'y sent très bien. La propriétaire nous a très gentiment accueilli et nous a laissé des docs sur la région et de précieux conseils. Les enfants ont adoré jouer dans le jardin. Et le coin est splendide : plages d'eau turquoise à 2 mn à pied, les sentiers du littoral à 2 mn à pied pour de superbes ballades, les petits restaurants de plage à 2 mn à pied, les commerces à 5 mn à pied... et cette fois un peu plus loin en voiture : les fleurons des caves coopératives : très sympa aussi ! Lieu magique et reposant, plages tranquilles, on a vraiment hâte d'y retourner.... Vraiment super. Carole & Fiona M.
