Located in a quiet, residential area at the end of a canal, yet easy access to all major roadways, shopping and restaurants. Huge 14 ft x 40 ft heated pool with spacious, screened lanai. Home has a captain's walk dock and a 10,000 lb lift. Equipped with kayaks, paddleboards, ping pong table, BBQ gas grill, and lots of seating and lounge chairs. Beach towels provided. Kitchen is very well stocked and has all new appliances. Large dining room table, seats 8. Definitely a great home to enjoy with family and/or friends. You can have fun, but also enjoy as much R&R as you please.
