Ready for a spring break getaway? The beach is calling! Welcome to Coral Cove Villa! Our home is 2600 square ft and set up perfectly for entertaining family or friends. It is waterfront on a beautiful canal. Gulf access with a short boat ride to river and out to the Gulf of Mexico. Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers Beach and Pine Island are all close by and accessible by boat or car. Use a boat right from our dockand cruise down to the islands or just cruise the canals. We have fishing poles and kayaks for guest use. Our home has 4 bedrooms. Split floor plan. Private master suite with a king bed. Second bedroom also has a king sized bed. 3rd & 4th bedrooms are queens. We have a nice heated pool enclosed in the screened in lanai. Child safety fence available. Perfect for entertaining and family fun with smart TV’s and comfortable seating for everyone. Located on the Raven Canal on Country Club Blvd in Cape Coral.
This property is ideal for families or couples to enjoy together for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. The design offers an open concept with high ceilings and accommodations with both formal and casual areas for entertaining and relaxing. There are two large living areas to enjoy. The well equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation and lots of counter space to cook. We have toaster, blender, mixer, Keurig and regular coffee pot. About every device and utensil you can think of to make any kind of meal you want. We have the house stocked with lots of towels, pool towels and beach bags, chairs, beach wagon so no need to pack those. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Sliding doors give access to the lanai and pool. We are a quick 15 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee river ideal for boaters wanting to cruise to the beach, restaurants or for fishing. If you would like the option to use a boat during your stay contact me for pricing. You can rent a boat to use right from our dock!
Explore the islands for a fun day of sun and beach time! See the wildlife in the waters, sightings of dolphins and manatees are common.
We have kayaks and games as well as pool noodles, tubes. There is a safety fence available to put around the pool for small children. (See photo) We have a crib and high chair, small stroller and baby accessories for use as well.
Smart TV on the lanai, also Smart TV in the master, and TV’s in both 2nd bedroom and main living room all included. WiFi and internet access included. There is a desk available in bedroom number 2 for privacy for those needing to work while visiting our home.
Situated in the Country Club area of Cape Coral, this Villa is just a few minutes drive to many delicious restaurants, several with live music. I have a long list of activities to keep your family busy as you want to be. The Yacht Club beach area also just a few minutes away.
If you like to play golf there are multiple courses nearby to choose from.
We also have a fishing guide who can take you out on his boat by the hour..... not only to fish but will take you to a beach for shelling and even a stop for lunch. Your choice of activities. Lots of fun!
Fort Myers Int'l Airport is only 25 minutes away or Punta Gorda Airport is only about 40 minutes.
We keep our pool heated to 83-85 degrees during the winter months for our guests and have a pool cover to help keep it warmer overnight. We do charge an electrical fee to help cover expense. Usually runs $80-$130/week depending on weather and outdoor temps. This will get deducted from damage deposit at end of stay.

Family Vacation

We all met here (6 people) and had plenty of room and very clean. There are lots of things to do in the area. The pool area was the best place to hang out with the heat and we really enjoyed it. Lori was in touch with me several times just to make sure our stay was perfect and very helpful. Thanks so much for a great vacation! We would definetly book again.

Couldn't Have Been More Perfect

The location was central to golf courses, restaurants, and access to the waterways by provided boat. Pool was fenced which protected my great-granddaughter (4) who was with us. We dined mostly by the pool and so enjoyed the pass through kitchen window!

Perfect family vacation

This property was amazing… everything you could possibly want or need was available to you for a perfect vacation. Perfect vacation spot!

Our family had such a great time! Lori, the owner, was very accessible with any questions that we had before, during and after we arrived. This included giving great recommendations for restaurants, shopping and help with renting a boat. The house itself is clean and spacious with any amenities you would need. Our whole family loved the pool and the kayaks. You are a short drive to Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island, all of which are worth the trip! We are already talking about finding a time to come back and visit!

Comfortable, clean, and well furbished!

We rented the house for a week and were so glad we did! The size of the house and the pool were great for our two families (8 of us total). Communicating with Lori (the homeowner) was so easy and she had great recommendations for places to eat and things to see and do. We rented a boat for three of the days and kept it right there at the house which was an added bonus! The house is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking meals. It has a great supply of towels (beach and bath), kayaks, fishing poles, and many other things we didn't even get to. Thank you for sharing your home with us it was a delight!

Home away from home!

Our family had such a great time at this property! The house is beautiful with a wonderful, large pool and screened in Lanai. We were so appreciative of all of the little details that made us feel at home like the abundance of towels, both beach and bath! We were able to prepare many meals at the house with plenty of kitchen utensils and such! We really enjoyed the Kayaks on the canal and cruising the Caloosahatchee River on the boat that we rented. Cape Coral is an awesome little town, convenient to take day trips to the surrounding beaches. We adventures to Sanibel and Captive, Fort Meyers, and even Siesta Key for a day! I highly recommend staying at this ultra comfy home, we can't wait to come back! Lori was also extremely friendly and helpful and checked up on us throughout our stay which was an added bonus!

The Best!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! It's well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. You do need to provide your own ice and you only get a few channels on the television but both if those issues are easily remedied. Just dont forget your fire stick if you like to watch tv. The owner, Lori, is super nice and responds promptly with any information you might need. I felt extremely comfortable renting from her. I am just so thankful that we came across this beautiful property to rent for our vacation and the wonderful memories we made there. I didnt want to leave!

A fantastic time away

We really enjoyed our week here in mid-March. The house layout really spaces out the 2 sets of bedrooms, which works perfectly for multiple families and the rest of the house all opens into the gorgeous outdoor pool/dining/entertaining area. Admittedly this is where we spent 90% of our time. Lori was extremely detailed and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Beautiful property

We had an amazing stay. The house is as described. It’s well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We had 2 families stay in the house (3 adults & 4 kids). There was plenty of room for everyone. It’s a great location. The canal is beautiful. The pool was great and we enjoyed the kayaks. The beach gear was also great. Lori and Larry were available if/when needed. We liked that the home was on a canal and we could rent a boat for our stay. We were able to hang out at the pool and enjoy time as a family. The owners were helpful and provided information about boat rentals and local favorite Restaurants etc.

Loved the house and pool. Was surprised to find out that I had to wash the windows, grill, and some floors. Or would be charged extra... never had that before at other rentals and we have a rental and we don’t charge!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner, Lori, communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was fine. The house was extremely clean and had all the essentials and beyond including plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and even laundry supplies. Loved the ice machine in the freezer as it is huge and provides plenty of ice for trips on a boat or to the beach. Location is close to lots of restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the kayaks and we rented a boat while there - Lori provided a recommendation for this. Highly recommended this property!

Cape Coral was a great choice

We had a great time, owner was responsive to issues as well as Jason and Donna going above and beyond. Plenty of space in the house, and the kids loved the pool. The boat was icing on the cake. Cape Coral is more of a residential area than a tourist area from my perspective. It was the first time we have stayed away from the beach but not the last. The entire family loved having the pool available 24/7 and it was very cool to walk out your back door and get on the boat. We drove to the beach a few times. It wasn't too far and parking was a breeze. I'd stay here again easily. Thanks, The Johnson's

Great Last Minute Choice

Our original reservation with another property fell through at the last minute. Home Away helped us to locate another one to accommodate our family for a destination wedding. While this property was further from the event venue, it was a lovely house and we were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and resolved a minor problem with a smoke detector right away. We enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Terrasse, Pool und Boot.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus mit Familie verbracht, das Haus in Kombination mit Boot war ein Traum Urlaub. Es ist wie beschrieben wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter, oder zuständigen Verwalter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Larry and I have been coming to Florida for many years and even more now with our 2 kiddos. We are from Nebraska. We decided we wanted to own our own home here. Cape Coral was an easy choice! We love to boat, swim, fish and go to the beaches. All our favorite places in this area are within a short distance from our home. We love all the restaurants close by that have great food, outdoor seating by the water and live music! Shopping is great and close by. There are just so many things to do. We like to take out the kayaks in the canal. We enjoy walking the canal neighborhoods and seeing the wildlife. Lots of birds and burrowing Owls.
Cape Coral offers so many activities. We invite you to come down and enjoy our home on the canal. If you want a boat we can set you up with a rental right from our dock. If you want to charter fish we have a great company for that too! Our pool is heated and enclosed in the screened in lanai. There are easy steps that take you down into the pool not just a ladder. We have comfortable seating for meals inside and outside for meals and relaxing by the pool. Fish off the dock with provided poles and enjoy the wildlife around the canal. We have smart TV’s in the Master bedroom, living room, and on the lanai so guests can access all their favorite channels for sports and movies.

Our home is open concept with lots of light and we love the water view of the canal. We have so many amenities and we are always updating it. We are in a great location close to the islands and activities. Perfect for families with children of all ages or couples wanting a getaway.

What makes this property unique

The canal offers beautiful views of the waterer and wildlife including lots of species of birds, turtles, dolphins and manatees. Fishing off the dock or hopping in a kayak and paddling through our serene canals is so fun too! The heated pool is great for all year round use and the screened in lanai keeps the bugs out. We love to sit outside during the evenings for meals and conversation with the family and watching our favorite teams play in the fall.
