All new reno! Upon entry you will be swept away by the oceanfront glass wall and large balcony that is like another room. Ours is a large one bedroom with private king bedroom. The sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps one. Everything is chosen for fun and comfort from our king sized bed to the oversized tvs & full sized stainless kitchen appliances.

This section of Myrtle Beach is the best for safety, walkability, wide flat uncrowded beach- an incredible mix of luxury condos & single family million dollar homes. Check out our other two existing listings to see our excellent guest comments! Make your stay one to remember!

Wonderful Beach Trip

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very nice and comfortable place to spend a few days at the beach with friends. Walk to the beach was so easy and close to the condo. Owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely return to this condo in the future!!

Short Getaway

For the price I was pleasantly surprised. Photos of the condo were very accurate, it was clean and in very good condition. Liked the area, it was nice to get away from crowded beaches

Awesome condo

Great condo on the beach to relax! Exceptionally clean and organized. Every thing you need from the kitchen to beach accessories. Owners are friendly and VERY quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would surely stay again

WONDERFUL !

First when you enter the unit you can see nothing but the beautiful ocean ! then you see a clean well-appointed unit with a comfortable KING bed and all you need for a great stay. But most of all, you have a Host that wants you to enjoy your stay as if it was their own vacation. Just wonderful !!

The condo is very nice! It had everything that we needed. The parking is pretty tight in the structure you need a smaller vehicle to fit well.

Great getaway

This was the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway condo. Located close to all the MB attractions .., quiet at night and the beach was clean and never over crowded. Great place to relax and unwind!

Vacation 2024 Myrtle Beach

I great location directly across the street from the beach. Amenities (pool, sauna, etc...) were great. Just be prepared when you drive into the parking garage, very tight turns when maneuvering around, If you can bring a small vehicle that would work best. Overall, a great place and highly recommended.

Golf weekend Getaway

This place is perfect for a stay in MyrtleBeach. The location was great. We had a great time at Phyllis place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks better in person than photos on the site. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Awesome View & Beach Access

Overall my wife and I loved the property. Here are some of the positives -The owner was very fast with communication or questions -Indoor Pool and Hot Tub area was small but nice -Beach access was just across the street and easy to get to -The owner had 2 chairs and an umbrella to use -The area felt very safe and I loved walking down the beach -Overall the condo was clean and comfortable with lots of easy-to-access power outlets -The stove worked well for cooking -The Balcony is amazing. We ate out there for just about every meal -Best sunrises you will ever see -Shower pressure was good and the bathroom worked well Some of the Things we Didn't love -It's not the fault of the owner at all, but the parking situation was not great. I've parked in many parking ramps for work and school for over 25+ years but this ramp was so small and the spots were so small it made getting in and leaving a very stressful event. Our Chevy Blazer has 2 fresh door scrapes from people in the ramp as well as a large gash on the tailgate from hitting metal bars they had in some areas of the ramp. It was the first night there and we were just happy to get into a spot and didn't notice the metal bars in some areas. There really is no reliable street parking of any kind. I saw multiple people getting tickets while watching from the balcony -The condo is very warm even on cool days. You may want to bring a fan to help move the air around Overall - Nice Place - Lots to Do

Christmas stay

We found everything to be clean and tidy. It was fully equipped as advertised. With a December visit we didn’t use the pool but the grounds were well kept. As others said the garage is tight but street and lot parking are available. The owner was available when needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Balcony paradise

Lovely condo! Host was very helpful! The balcony was wonderful, loved having brkfst, lunch, snacks and a few dinners sitting at the table with an ocean view. Of all the condos we have stayed in I have never had a dining table outside. Parking garage was a bear …. I made my husband park due to the tightness of the navigation going from floor to floor, that’s the only negative comment. Quiet, lovely condo and a lovely host.

Excellent vacation

Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay. However the parking garage is awful. Way too small and too hard to enter and exit But we love the place and Location. It was very clean and the owner kept us up to date regularly.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely enjoy a fabulous less crowded beach away from the congestion and ruffians that sometimes gravitate to the center and south of downtown. While all attractions are quickly accessible, the Ocean Forest section has been our go to neighborhood for our lifetimes. We enjoy walking the beach and the interesting neighborhood filled with beautiful homes no two of which are alike. We love to park our car and walk for dinner, groceries etc.
