Forest Dunes Unit # 706, "The Coast Is Clear" is a 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath Oceanview condo on the 7th floor with great views of the ocean and outdoor pool area. From the bedroom you can see the sunrise and into North Myrtle Beach. From the balcony you can hear the waves, see the sunset, and see south into Garden City.

The bedroom has a king bed with plush linens, a comfortable chair, flat screen TV, and dresser. The half bathroom has a blow dryer and plenty of luxurious soft towels. The full bathroom has a full size tub/shower, blow dryer, and plenty of luxurious soft towels.

The living area has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with chaise lounge, side chair, chair with ottoman, a Smart TV, free WiFi, board games and books for your enjoyment. There is a pub style table with 4 chairs. There are two stools for sitting at the bar.

The kitchen is well stocked with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, plenty of counter space, and much more.

The large balcony is the perfect place to eat, read a book, or listen to the waves. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for your convenience to use on the beach.

The building is very well maintained with an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and laundry room.

This condo is our home away from home. It is a place where you can relax, feel comfortable, spend time with your family, or just recharge yourself. We are owner operated and our goal is for guests to enjoy their stay and to look forward to coming back every year to experience the perfect vacation.

Perfect honeymoon getaway!

Awesome views

Nice balcony, sunrise can be viewed on entrance side of this condo and we could see the beautiful sunset from the balcony. Nice and clean, We enjoyed our stay.

Jerry and Karen were wonderful! Communication was fantastic-I asked for suggestions on nearby grocery stores/restaurants and things to do, and got a nice list of options! Check in was super easy. Great ocean view from the balcony. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Very nice, comfortable furniture on the balcony.Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys available.The complex has an outdoor pool, small kiddie pool, hot tub and lazy river. There is an indoor pool as well.Would definitely stay here again!

What a condo!

Very pleased with all aspects of the condo rented in Feb. 2025. It was furnished with EVERYTHING you would need for a pleasant stay. The owners were very concerned withj their clients and their needs. Could communicate with them very easily. Would request another stay with them without hesitation. Good location away from the hectic area with so many other units.

Amazing place away from home

The place was wonderful. Everything was available from there beach chairs to utensils and sugar for coffee. Jerry and Karen made sure to make us feel at home by making it comfortable and convenient. It was great

This property is very nice! We were down to watch spring training for our son’s college baseball team. Most of the games were at the Ripken facility. It’s was a short 10-12 minute drive from the condo. Also everything else was within 15 minutes away. The weather was great!

Fall getaway

Nice unit. Good location. We had one very noisy neighbor the first night with loud music and banging doors. Security resolved the issue finally at 1am. Other than that, the accommodations were nice and the owners were extremely helpful and responsive.

Why they chose this property

It is in the Cabana District, a somewhat remote area of Myrtle Beach that has cabanas along the beach and is surrounded by residential housing. The beach is never crowded. The condo is away from the boardwalk area of Myrtle Beach which means it is less congested.

What makes this property unique

The condo is high enough off the ground level to have great views. It is close enough to the ground level that sights and sounds are more personable. The view and sounds of the crashing waves from the balcony are so relaxing and peaceful. The location is close enough to to everything in Myrtle Beach to get to easily.
