Lovely full remodel with pool walk to 3 beaches - dog friendly w permission
Walk to 3 beaches, heated salt water pool.
Come spend the summer at DOG FRIENDLY (with permission, 1 dog) Alewife cottage, within walking distance to the best beaches in Eastham (First Encounter and Cole Road). The property is also 200 yards from the trail head to the town's Wiley Park with several lakes and swimming spots. The area is known for its walking, and accessibility to Orleans via backroads which avoids traffic.
This beautiful 2 bedroom 1100 sq. ft cottage features cathedral ceilings in living room and bedrooms, fir floors, laundry, outdoor shower, a comfortable deck, beautiful furnishings, all natural Talleley latex hypo allergenic beds, and fully stocked kitchen with soapstone counters. We will provide bed linens and towels for a fee, beach chairs, and hand towels are on property. There is no need to pack and lug.
Dogs must be house broken and on flea / tick medicine. $250 nonrefundable pet fee.
A new beautiful heated salt water pool with patio, and swim up bench were installed in 2020.

Off-season owners use the pool when convenient for guest. Off season is May 15th to July 1st. July 1st through August 31st is guest use only. September 1st through October 15th is guests and owners. NOTE: owners work and are almost never at the pool. Our guests privacy is our utmost concern and if there are times off season that you prefer not share the pool we will certainly honor that.

Thank you guest, we hope you had a wonderful stay. Please when leaving do not lock the door. Leave the keys where you found them. Make sure the trash is taken outside and refrigerator is cleaned.
Although not mandatory, it is very difficult to get all the laundry done in 3 hours. We really appreciate you doing a load of towels, sheets or whatever you can do without impacting ynour holiday.
Check out time is exactly at 10 unless we agree on a later check out. Please text us when you leave especially if you have an early departure, it will allow extra time to clean. Thanks!
