Are you dreaming of a quiet holiday to get away from it all and burn bridges...<br>Come to the Gîte "à la douceur des chênes", we are located 3km from Maubec and Solomiac.<br>On the border of the Gers and the Tarn et Garonne, a privileged place far from the busy roads.<br>Nestled in the middle of wheat and sunflower fields, near an oak wood of several hectares,<br>We offer you a comfortable cottage.<br>What was once an outbuilding has been converted into a lovely holiday home.<br>You will have the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.<br>Ideal for 4 to 6 people, the cottage is composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an outdoor terrace and a garden.<br>The cottage is located on the same land as the owners but not adjoining.<br>A 10x4 salt water swimming pool is to be shared with the owners.<br>Access to the property via long private road.
