Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

This 4 bedroom condo is great for a family vacation. Close to town, access to the Lake Village shared pool and hot tub area, walking trails in the forest are right out the front door. The view from the deck is of the forest and is very relaxing.
There is a 2 car garage and parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
Very close to town, beaches, restaurants, shopping and more.
The kitchen and living room are open floor plan, there is a deck off the kitchen with amazing views of the forest.
This is a 3 story home with the kitchen and living room on the top floor. There is a new foosball game in the kitchen living room area. The bedroom 1 to 3 are on the level below the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a cal king, a full private bathroom and a TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 twins and a tv. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
The bottom floor has bedroom 4 with a queen bed, TV and full private bathroom.

This house does not have AC. There is no BBQ.
