Newly painted with a soft relaxing yellow, the nautical theme of blue and white is accented with touches of red. A new king bed and new furniture in a lot of the rooms, all add to the open space and lightness of this poolside condo. There are nautical and beach themed canvas art throughout the condo.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and is stocked so that you can cook your favorite dishes for your gathering friends and family.

The dining area and breakfast bar offer sitting areas close to the kitchen so you can share a drink and conversation with the cook.

The living room gives a great view to the courtyard and is very comfortable with leather furniture. The large bedrooms will give you space to getaway or you can choose to sit on the 2 private porches or walk out your doors onto the soft grass that opens onto the courtyard.

The queen bedroom has two queen beds and a huge bath with large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The king bedroom has a new king bed and a soft chair to cuddle in to read that vacation novel.

Each bedroom has a porch that opens onto the tropical courtyard. The pretty courtyard has palm trees, a free-form pool, a shady gazebo, lounging chairs, tables, grills, and more to help you become the relaxed person a vacation is meant to create.

Approximately 400 feet from the beach, you can work on your tan or just enjoy the endless horizon. The night lights, sunrises and sunsets are stunning!

Fully furnished, just pack your swimsuit in the summer and a light sweater for the winter. We have some winter days in the 70's so come warm up your frozen toes. In the summer, enjoy the white sands of our beautiful beach.
