About the host
Hosted by Jason Alexander
I am quite the traveler, but LOVE to call Sarasota and Siesta Key my home. I take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Beach Vball, Tennis, Golf and even hoping on the Jet Powered Surf Board. :)
Why they chose this property
This is the most unique property and the best location on Siesta Key. There is absolutely no where else like it and it is just simply magical. The 32' mural wall is the only of of it's kind from 3 famous artists that travel the world.
Located right across the street from the beach too, the two-unit residence features amazing outdoor living including 2 soaking pools, 2 Jacuzzis, and fabulous sunning decks. With a combined 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 kitchens, custom design work by local artists, and all the amenities needed for a perfect stay, there is no better place to play in paradise!
Eight-mile-long Siesta Key is located along the white quartz sand shores of the Gulf of Mexico on the West Coast of Florida, and world-famous Siesta Key Beach was ranked the #1 Beach in the U.S. in 2020 by TripAdvisor’s Traveler’s Choice Awards™. The shallow water near the shoreline and year-round lifeguard patrol makes our beaches ideal for the entire family to play. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, fishing charters, kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling, diving and more.
On land, Siesta Key Village offers shopping, dining, cafes, bars, high-end boutiques, and attractions for all ages. If you want to take a night off from eating out at one of the fantastic local restaurants, Morton’s Market is a few steps away where you can pick up groceries for a home cooked meal. The island also has a drug store, post office, and gas stations.
Prior to check-in, we will send you a comprehensive list of attractions, special places, and local favs to assist with planning your vacation to Siesta Key and the Sarasota area.

What makes this property unique
Be as loud or as quiet as you want. The only place where you have no neighbors and we encourage a party and/or event. Your back yard is the village and across the street is the beach.
There are four major airports within 90 miles, making getting to Siesta Key super convenient. The nearest airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, just 10 miles north of Siesta Key. The island is also accessible from Tampa International Airport (70 miles), St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (62 miles), Punta Gorda Airport (51 miles), and Southwest Florida International Airport (86 miles). All major airlines fly into one or more of these airports.
Uber is a great option to come into Siesta, as there will be no need for a car once you are on location. The cost range is $20 from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport and $90 from Tampa International Airport.
Visitors access Siesta Key from one of two bridges from mainland Sarasota. State Route 758 connects the north and south tips of the Key. Ocean Boulevard and Beach Road lead into and around Siesta Key Village.
From the house, you can walk to EVERYTHING Siesta Key Beach and Village has to offer. Shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the beach are all about a minute away from our great location.
A fun way to tour the island is the Siesta Key Breeze Trolley which is free for all riders. It operates seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Trolley route follows Ocean Boulevard to Beach Road and down Midnight Pass Road. Hop on the Trolley at the Gazebo in Siesta Key Village, at any Trolley stop between the Villages, or flag down the Trolley south of Stickney Point Road.
There are also “free ride” services all over Siesta Key. These include golf carts, bikes, open top vans, and dune buggies that will take you anywhere on the Island with a tip to pay for the convenient service.
