This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in Avon, Colorado offers 1,535 sq. ft. of comfortable mountain living and is ideally located just downhill from Beaver Creek and a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola, providing easy access to Beaver Creek Resort and Bachelor Gulch mountain.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly, the condo was even better than expected. Looked nicer, felt roomier, the balcony view was better than pictured. Amazing views of the mountains from both main bedrooms and the living room. Fireplace worked great, room was stocked with PLENTY of wood. Kitchen was beautiful... Huge island, dishwasher, fridge with water/ice maker, private washer/dryer inside the unit. The unit was very nicely and rustically decorated, bedrooms were very nice and each had their own bathrooms and closet space. underground, garage parking available to keep vehicles out of the elements. The hotel has 3 very good restaurants plus a liquor store right there in the building, on ground level.As far as the area... Cannot beat it. The gondola to Beaver Creek was prob a 5 min walk, if that, IN ski boots. The gondola takes you right over the highway directly to the base of the mountain and unloads you near the Ritz Carlton. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the Beaver Creek village if you want to be more centralized, and a shuttle that brings you to Vail (which is only about 15-20 mins down I-70). Both of the shuttles pick you up right around where the gondola is, on the street just behind the hotel. Overall, you're not going to find a whole lot of reasonably priced lodging anywhere near Vail or Beaver Creek during ski season. For what you get, and the location, there's nothing else you could ask for. We even had a perfect view of the Beaver Creek fireworks (which they do on certain nights throughout the winter), right from the balcony. Really couldn't have asked for more out of the place. Would absolutely return in the future.

(Except spices, oils,etc.). There are restaurants and food trucks in the basement or out the back door. There is a Starbucks about a block away. As with all mountain condos, if it’s a hot time of the summers, there is no a/c so it was quite warm. There are several box fans in the closets which helped.

We were drawn to this unit because it was furnished like a home whereas the other was poorly furnished. The condo was very comfortable and generally well appointed. The kitchen was one of best I've ever had in a rental. This unit was one of the most well stocked I've ever seen. We cooked a lot and there were two things that the kitchen didn't have - a knife sharpener and a non stick pan. Within a few hours of the request, the property manager brought the items, brand new. There was ample storage in the kitchen for our food. The masterbedroom had a steam shower that was terrific.It would have been nice if there was a table and chairs rather than just barstools on the kitchen island although I'm not sure that there was room for it. We would consider renting it again, for sure and were extremely happy with communication with the property manager.

It was awesome, super close to beaver creek mountain for our whole family to walk there within 5 minutes. Great restaurants right within the complex too. Everyone was very friendly. Condo was in amazing condition with firewood available for a nice ambiance after a day of tough skiing. 100% would recommend and visit again!

This was a spacious, clean, well appointed one level unit with a great sunset view. If you are travelling with someone that uses a transport wheelchair, this unit was perfect. They must be accompanied in and out of the building as there are 3 doors to get to the condo and they are not push button powered. Doors need to be opened at main entrance, at the elevator lobby to your floor, and at the entrance to the condo. It had been difficult to find a large unit on one floor until finding this one. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well stocked to cook meals, the grocery store and drug store are a block away, the liquor store is on the first floor of the building, and the best doughnuts in the Valley are only a 2 minute drive. We had wonderful and tiring adventures each day and a place to call home each night. Highly recommend!

Colorado Vacation!

Our main goal was to find a nice place with plenty of room, on one level, and close to activities. This fit the bill to a "T". It was very comfortable and convenient and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside, and it was not a big one, was that the unit had no air conditioning. Not normally needed in the mountains, but it was warm when we first arrived. That did resolve itself as the weather was cool and comfortable after the first afternoon. Overall a great experience, would stay there again!

Family ski weekend

We truly enjoyed our weekend in Avon. The location of the condo is perfect and centrally located to everything. Getting to the gondola is easy. The unit was set up with ease in mind. The kitchen and family area are great for relaxing after a long ski day. The bedrooms each having their bathroom allows privacy. Brian was easy to reach when needed. Highly recommend.
