Long Weekend Get Away

We all loved the condo. The place had plenty of room for four adults to be comfortable and not feel cramped up. The beach area was just a short, pleasant stroll from the condo. It is in a very nice section of Kingston Plantation, offering plenty of peace and quiet when the sunset.

Second visit!

This is our 2nd time visiting Jon and Cindy's property.We absolutely love the location and all the aspects of the surrounding area. Very close to the beach and access to pools in and around the property make for a wonderful time!

The condo was in a great location. We had easy access to the beach and pools. The unit was comfortable and had many amenities. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right outside the resort.

Great week at the beach

Property was just as advertised. Very clean and guest friendly unit. Walking distance to the beach, pools, restaurants on property or plenty of parking if you want to drive. Didn't need to contact the owners during our stay but commincation was never a problem throughout the rental process.

Amazing vacation

Cindy and Jon made the check in process seamless and painless. The villa is in a perfect location, quiet and very well maintained. We spent all of our days at the beach and then in the pools. At night we walked around and played games. The girls (17&13) loved it and can’t wait to go back! We are looking forward to making this a yearly trip!

ANOTHER GREAT STAY AT 19D

The Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood of Kingston Plantation. It is clean. Well appointed. Well equipped and well maintained. Communication with the owners is almost instantaneous. We have stayed at 19D multiple times. When we return to North Myrtle Beach, this property will be our first choice.

Golf weekend with our two oldest boys

We had a great stay. This location is perfect. After golf both days we headed to the beach. So convenient. The unit was beautiful and perfect for the four of us. We also enjoyed dinner Sunday night at Black Drum Brewing which is in the resort just minutes away. We highly recommend. The hosts made this a very easy trip. Communication through the VRBO app was super easy. Would love to go back!

Cute, Quiet Condo Near the Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet condo at Kingston Plantation. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils which made it convenient for cooking. The owners were accommodating when the cleaning crew missed some items. The owners had the cleaning crew come back out the next day and even agreed to a small concession for our troubles.

Perfect Spring Beach Trip

It was nice having the comforts of home in this condo. The beds were extremely comfortable. The set-up of the condo was great and it was nice having two king suites. The condo was as pictured in the photos. The property is beautiful and just a short scenic walk to the beach. We felt as if we were staying in the forest. Cindy was great to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Thank you Cindy and Jon for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Not your typical condo

As frequent VRBO guests, I was very pleased with this booking. My husband and I have rented condos before, and while nice, they were the typical multi-floor, large-parking lot type of places. The condo in Kingston Plantation however was homey, beautifully situated among towering pines, and super convenient to all the amenities the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. John and Cindy Buff are excellent hosts and quickly replied on the one occasion we had a question. I highly recommend this property and would rent from the Buffs again.

Great time!

My family enjoyed a great week at 19D in the Kingston Plantation resort. The location of the resort is in excellent proximity to many attractions (Tanger outlets, restaurants, Barefoot Landing, etc.) The amenities available in the resort are also numerous (2 pools, fitness, volleyball, pickle ball, etc.) The condo has a nice layout and is very spacious. We found everything needed in the kitchen to have meals when "eating in". The walk to the beach with all of our gear took between 7-15 minutes (depending on the 7 year old's motivation), but we don't mind walking. Overall, it was a fantastic time.

I've Slept Better

The mattresses are hard and don't sleep well. There's mold on the underside of the handicap rails and unidentifiable goo on the shower wall in the rear bathroom. No extra rolls of toilet paper, no pods or detergent for the washer; not enough towels for 4 days, so we had to purchase detergent and wash towels every day. Only 1 extra pod for the dishwasher, so had to purchase those too. The unit was clean in all other areas and nicely furnished.

Perfect for our family!

This was our first stay in the Myrtle Beach area. Location was perfect, closer to the North Myrtle Beach attractions, but also not far from Myrtle Beach itself. Very easy access to the beach, we ended up driving through the property to a parking lot, parked for free and walked to the beach, it was a breeze and no stress at all! The Kingston Plantation area was very quiet and relaxing, no noise issues, we felt very safe as well. The condo itself was great. Air conditioning on full blast in the very hot temps felt amazing upon arrival! Everything looked just as pictured in the photos, and very clean. Washer/Dryer in the unit was awesome to have after a beach day, the full kitchen was great. We loved having a King bed / twin bed combo in each bedroom. Gave us great options for our family! There were some games/movies/books available, kitchen was well stocked with silverware, pots/pans, etc. Bathrooms were clean as well! We experienced a couple palmetto bugs upon arrival (but Cindy & Jon did include a warning that this could happen in their welcome guide, I just overlooked it initially!) It was clearly related to the location of the condo, nothing to do with cleanliness because it was spotless. We didn’t see anymore after about 24hrs of being there. We had 1 other minor issue with the Microwave not powering on, and Cindy/Jon went above and beyond to address it, and even issued us a partial refund for the trouble which was overly generous!

Two thumbs up! Five stars! Owners have everything laid out perfectly! 1- great location! 2- had instructions on how to use the TV remote some may take that for granted, i thought it was a nice touch! 3- the entrance only four #'s no keys no cards, no worries about losing or misplacing, or hey do you have the key or card everyone knows that one lol! 4- a map of the whole property was present right along with a binder with extra important information also a huge list of restaurants all up and down the coast! 5- everything was nicely furnished and up to date! 6- not a far walk to the beach, no major road crossing or traffic to worry about!
