#Family Disney Retreat in gated Resort Community!

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and accommodations for 6, there room for the whole family. Located just a few miles of Disney World and minutes away from Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and all major convention centers in the Orlando area. Nestled in the Emerald Island Resort community, you'll enjoy access to top-notch community amenities & a convenient location right at Disney's doorstep.

Less than 5 miles from the Disney World Main Gate, this family town home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, & security in a desirable gated community. Whip up a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Highlighted by stainless steel appliances & Disney-themed cooking gadgets, meal prep will be a real treat! As nighttime falls, tuck the kids in bed and parents can enjoy their own respite in the master bedroom, which features private balcony access & a plush king bed.

One more note, the entire resort has an 11pm quiet time rule. Since this is a townhome with adjoining neighbors, it is important to be respectful of that rule.

The main gate is manned 24 hours so you can arrive at any time (check in after 3pm please).
NOTE: The Club House requires a $10 CASH deposit for each gate card, which you get back at the end of your stay. Don't forget your cash ;)

Guest access: After confirming your booking you will receive a Welcome Letter with simple steps to expedite your arrival and check-in at the exclusive Emerald Island Resort.
A picture ID and a COPY OF YOUR RESERVATION will be needed at the Security Gate. The Concierge Service Desk is located at the clubhouse and is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week. If you arrive AFTER 10pm, proceed to the main gate with your picture ID and a COPY OF YOUR RESERVATION and the Security Officer will grant you access to the property. You will need to stop by the Concierge Service Desk the next morning to get your gate card for future entries.

When arriving for the first time, you will need to get a gate pass at the club house.

Our main goal is for everyone to have a wonderful visit! In order to make that happen there are just a handful of resort/house rules which must be followed by all guests:
*There is absolutely no smoking (of any kind) inside the house. The house has a sensitive smoke detector with remote alarming. Any guests smoking in the home will be removed immediately with no refund. You are welcome to smoke all you like outside. If there is evidence of smoking in the house you will be charged $250.
*This is a townhome complex and each unit shares walls with others. We want everyone to be able to play and relax without being disturbed by neighbors. The resort-wide quiet time starts at 11pm. Any guests being loud and disturbing other guests after that time will be removed with no refund.
*There are no pets allowed at this home. If pets are observed at the home the guests will be asked to make other pet accommodations or leave the home.

Emerald Isle is an awesome resort with so much to do when you are not enjoying the Parks. The resort has two heated pools, hot tub, sauna, out door bbq grills, sand volleyball, tennis, nature trails, exercise room, arcade room, clubhouse with cosigner assistance and full bar and food service at the main pool.
