About this property

A-301 is a top floor, upscale end unit that has been designed for your pleasure and comfort. This unit is ideal for couples, and it is in high demand. When we talk about a complete renovation, we’re talking about replacing everything….walls, ceiling, doors, cabinets, windows, floors. We also expanded the kitchen and raised the ceilings in the kitchen and foyer to not only create more space, but also to make it feel just right. The only thing that is left standing from when we purchased this condo 9 years ago is the spiral staircase that leads to a piece of heaven at the end of the day! Because it is a top floor, end unit it is also much quieter than many of the other units.

This is not your typical beach condo. We chose the art, installed the sound system, selected the furnishings and stocked the kitchen and barware because we want this to be an extension of our home. We don’t want you to miss anything that would add to the enjoyment of your stay!

While this is a perfect unit for a couple, it is not designed for a family. Close to the activities and amenities of Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and Mt. Pleasant and a short drive to Charleston, you’ll run out of time before you can do all you want.
Check out the pictures and video, and you will see what we’re talking about. Better yet, find some time to stay in the unit. Grab a cocktail, our Bose Bluetooth speaker, a good book and enjoy the views of the ocean and the sunset from the Widow’s Walk. It’ll be hard to leave!

The condo was perfect, from the welcoming communications to the beautiful decor and the amazing deck. It is a perfect location having beautiful views of the beach, easy beach access and close to all the fun of Charleston.

Winter Escape to the Ocean

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks staying in this beach front condo. It was perfect. Stunning views and sounds of the ocean from the screened in porch and widows peak. The condo had all you need to feel at home and the decor was true southern charm. So much to do on IOP and nearby Charleston.. The owner had lots of spot on suggestions for restaurants and activities near by. Truly one of the best VRBO we have stayed in.

Relaxation and bliss

We had a truly wonderful time at Ron and Joye’s condo! We spent time in the birdsnest for morning coffee or evening happy hour; we rented bikes and rode along the beach and around the island; we played tennis and walked the beach; and we enjoyed reading and relaxing in the condo. The unit is so beautifully appointed and well thought out as others here have said, and we’re so happy we chose this place for our February vacation!

Joye and Ron Lamberth live in Charlotte, NC and have owned Port O' Call A-301 for 9 years. They think of the condo as an extension of their home, and they personally spend several weeks a year in Wild Dunes making sure the condo is in tip-top shape. Ron is a retired partner in a national CPA firm, and Joye is a former teacher. They are both enjoying living an active life in retirement. Hopefully, they have provided all of the comforts of home for you at their condo!
