Breathtaking View Panorama Tce
This is a superbly comfortable home in a top location with breath taking unimpeded panoramic views overlooking the three arms of Lake Wakatipu and all the surrounding mountains including The Remarkable, Walter Peak and Cecil Peak
The house sleeps up to 10, there are six bedrooms. Two king size, two twin size, one can be twin or king and the sixth has a single bed with a roll away underneath.
All beds are recently new and supplied with ample linen, duvets, electric blankets, two pillows per person, personal reading light and clock radio. The two bathrooms and two toilets are near new, and all have underfloor heating.
If you are looking for a house that is generously provisioned, as well, as providing incredible views and very comfortable beds and plenty of tasteful furnishing then you have the right place. Use as many towels as you need, there are enough wine glasses, glassware, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans for double your numbers. New soap and shampoo is supplied, Milk, biscuits and fruit await your arrival with plenty of condiments in the pantry, please replace what you use.
The dining area is contiguous with the kitchen and lounge area. The large wooden dining table seats 10. The lounge area has a large smart TV, a gas fire, two new 3 and 4 person leather couches plus other chairs and lamps. As well there are many electric heaters throughout the house.
The balcony and deck furniture is great for entertaining on an evening, enjoying the new barbeque or simply taking in the spectacular unimpeded views. The rumpus room downstairs has a pool table, another TV a single bed and ample room to store and dry ski gear.
Wi-Fi is free and the smart TV has Sky, Netflix, Neon etc.
Bedrooms not required and paid for will be locked off during your stay.
Our house has a very comfortable feel and is located 10–12-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown. It sits above a quiet road and the driveway leads up to undercover parking which will fit two or three cars.
