This spacious room contains 1 double bed and 2 singles. Ideal for teenagers or in-laws wanting some extra private space. All linen and towels supplied at no extra charge. Most people bring their own for short stays as it makes cleaning and packing up to go home much faster. Waikanae Pool offers heated outdoor swimming and picnics for families (in summer), and the Waikanae Golf Club is nearby. Early morning walks, beach cricket and great sunsets.
Long term rental rates are negotiable except during summer school holidays. Please note the bath is a shubb so excellent for children rather than taller adults. Shower good for everyone!Sky and internet
Special conditions:
Families preferred for rental. Two nights minimum stay in weekends of high season. Minimum one week stay over Xmas or New Year period. Linen available at no extra charge. Tariff for up to 4 persons. Additional adults at $30.00 each, Children aged 5 to 13 years at $20.00 each. Under 5,s at $10.00 each. Refundable bond of $100.00 may be required. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement and at no charge!
