Large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas complete with indoor and outdoor fireplaces,firewood supplied..
Two large living areas (upstairs and down).Sky TV installed. 15 min walk to safe and sheltered Mahinepua beach. Plentiful Fishing and Diving are at your doorstep.Two Person fishing Kayak and 8ft dinghy available.Large (180 sqm) concrete area can be used for court sports or parking plus large double garage.

Kauri Cliffs golf course 15mins away. Close to Tauranga Bay, Matauri Bay, Whangaroa Gamefish club You can purchase grocery supplies at Matauri Bay General Store 11km away and there is also a cafe and bar and restaurant there.Pets,one only or surcharge will apply. No wifi onsite Vodaphone and 2 degress have coverage.Minimum charge is for 3 Nights Stay.
Special conditions:
Very popular over New Years, owner requires 5 nights Minimum stay during peak season. 3 night stay off season. Owner may require access to garage periodically.

The most incredible week! 4 adults and 4 kids and the place was the perfect size. It truly is a stunning location with the most breathtaking view.We were so excited to explore the bays below but unfortunately it was inaccessible. It would be great if this could be fixed at some point because it was disappointing to not be able to go down there. House is a little dated but it’s perfect for a beach holiday. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. One more fan in the top bedroom would be helpful as it got pretty hot. We would love to come back next summer. Julie was fantastic at communicating with all my questions. A truly wonderful family holiday!

Sea point view

Amazing place with astonishing views of the bay. There is no direct access to the beach, you must walk around 15 min through the road to get there. The property is very good, and the property manager very polite and helpful as well. We would definitely go back again.

Incredible endless views!

This beautiful home certainly has the WOW factor. Was superbly equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. Perfect for 2 separate families. The views were jaw dropping and so vast that a photo cannot do it justice at all. We will be back for sure. Thanks so much Julie! :)

Bedbugs

The location, sea views and house are excellent, unfortunately the main bedroom had bedbugs, after contacting the owner, the only offer she made was to have the cleaner come on change the linen. By then we had started to strip the bedding including the mattress protector, vacumm the room including the mattress, wash all our clothes and tumble dry it which are the recommendations online. I slept on the floor in the lounge from them onwards. Part of our group also left early as they did not want to be infected as well. All that the owner has offered is a sorry which is definitely not acceptable. Allan

Wonderful Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property and loved it just as much as the first time 4 years ago. Julie was great to deal with and the whole process was easy. A few areas that could improve would be an update of the technology with smart TV’s, new speakers and Wifi. The access to the beach via the property is no longer available but would be great if it was and the kayak has a leak which was a little disappointing . The BBQ is rusty and could also be due a replacement. All of these issues are minor and did not detract from a lovely stay but if addressed would really uplift the value and experience.

Stunning view with some oopsies around the property

We loved the house and the location. Stunning views and good setup in the house. Very quiet and no other people around. However, BBQ was filthy and only 2 out of 4 burners were working. We had to fix the Dinghy before we could use it as it had a leak. The "beach" was 170 stairs down so quite challenging to get the boat up/down. Dartboard only had 3x working darts. The biggest downfall was no WiFi. We all wanted to catchup on work/ study but not possible as all was cloud-based.

The view was spectacular

The furniture was a bit dated but to be honest the view was so stunning it didn’t even matter, the weather was so perfect for us on our stay so we got to enjoy sitting on the deck enjoying the sunset, absolutely beautiful and we will be back again
