Pier Point South condos feature a meticulously maintained oceanfront pool, direct beach access, and incredible convenience to all the activities and conveniences of the beach strip including the ocean pier and park where you can fish, play beach volleyball, or take the kids to enjoy the splash pad. Favorite local eateries, coffee shops, as well as beach rental and beachwear shops are all within short walking distance.



Enjoy ocean and pool views from the master bedroom and open living area. Step outside onto your private balcony to begin and end each day, sipping your favorite coffee while you watch the sunrise, or later enjoying a glass of wine as you breathe in the fresh sea air and reminisce about the wonderful things you experienced that day. Cook your favorite meals in the bright white, fully stocked kitchen, then gather around the table for great food and conversation! There is a comfortable seat for everyone in the living room to enjoy their favorite shows and movies on the large TV, and a convenient half bath located on the first floor. The second full bathroom is just off the hall with a tub/shower combo!

Ride the Old Town Trolley around town and take in the beautiful sights! Explore the oldest fort in the continental United States, the Castillo de San Marcos, and stroll down the colorful St. George Street, which is filled with shops, restaurants, and irresistible local flare. You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
