lovely relaxing holiday
great property super outside space, shower, pool, grill and outside kitchen. Great shops, casino supermarket, cheesemonger, bakery, restaurants very close. There is a beach 200m away but it is not really safe for swimming, boats and strong currents, probably ok for kids to paddle and build sandcastles, also no beach at all at high tide. The supervised beach is a half hour walk.

An amasing holiday location
We enjoyed our stay here very much. There is so much to do and explore in and around Arcachon that we could not see it all. A short drive away and we could walk on beautiful stretches of beach, a little further and the teenage boys enjoyed the wonderful waves for surfing. The house is very comfortable and very well equiped and we found it in excellent condition on arrival. There are many good restaurants close by and of course an excellent boulangerie. I can highly recommend this property.

Superbe séjour malgré le temps instable
Superbe séjour, malgré le temps instable et un peu gris, mais nous avons pu pleinement profiter de la maison et de son emplacement parfait dan le quartier des pêcheurs de l Aiguillon. Le quartier est comme un petit village avec tous les commerces à proximité. Le port de plaisance et qqes petites plages sont à 5 min à pied. La maison est très agréable, pour une ou deux famille avec plein de possibilités de couchage et les extérieurs avec la piscine et la cuisine d’été et la terrasse sont à la fois, très agréables car privatifs mais aussi plein de charme grâce aux superbes palmiers et autres plantes environnantes. Seuls bémols, les finitions de la maison ne sont pas au top niveau pour le prix de la location ( notamment les sdb et wc) malgré une rénovation visiblement très récente de plus la piscine est un peu ancienne. Ce sont des détails car au total le reste des prestations de la maison sont très bonnes. La communication avec l agence immobiliere s’est très bien déroulée et celle ci s est révélée très professionnelle et arrangeante. Merci et nous reviendrons certainement.
