La villa très bien équipée est bien située au calme très proche du centre ville d'Arcachon, du parc mauresque, de la plage Pereire et du Moulleau, La piscine et le jacuzzi sont un réel plus. Très bon contact avec la personne chargée de la remise des clés.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à 7 personnes dans cette belle arcachonnaise superbement rénovée, avec goût, de manière fonctionnelle, qui offre de belles prestations et de beaux volumes.L'équipement est ultra complet, le mobilier et la literie sont de qualité, l'insonorisation très bonne, le quartier hyper calme : rien ne manque, le confort est total.La terrasse est parfaite avec sa piscine très agréable (chauffe très vite au soleil), son jaccuzi, sa plancha et, là encore, un mobilier de jardin de qualité.La petite terrasse au-dessus du garage et son terrain de boules adjacent invitent à se poser.La localisation, entre la ville d'hiver et le Moulleau, est idéale pour profiter de tout Arcachon et du Pyla par les pistes cyclables.Encore merci aux propriétaires, cette location est en tous points conforme à la description sur Abritel.
