Welcome to La Tour de l'Hirondelle !

In the heart of the Ardèche Méridionale, a newly renovated in 2021, atypical and independent accommodation located in an old pigeon house dating from the XVIII century in the center of the charming little village of Lussas. The accommodation is very comfortable and has all the necessary equipment to spend a pleasant stay.

This square stone tower offers a habitat on several levels: A second floor composed of a bright main room with an open kitchen equipped with an island and a warm living room as well as a bathroom and an independent toilet. You can enjoy a 12m2 terrace with a view on Saint-Laurent-Sous-Coiron village. On the next floor there is a first spacious bedroom of about 14m2 with a queen size bed. The last floor offers a unique view on the roofs of Lussas and the Mirabel Village Tower and is composed of a cosy bedroom as well as a private bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, an entrance and a covered and secure automated garage that can accommodate two vehicles as well as bicycles complete this property.

The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, wifi/ethernet, a large TV screen with a sound bar and a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is fully-equipped. We provide all linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels).

The property is suitable for travelers with friends, couples and telecommuters. It is not recommended for people who have difficulties with stairs.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy so that the cleaning service can be carried out in good conditions.

We would just like to draw your attention to the third week of August which will be much more animated than usual with the general states of the documentary film.

Neighborhood :
The lodging being in the heart of the village, you will be able to go in 1min walk to fetch your croissants at the bakery, to do your shopping at the grocery store, to go to the local market on Friday morning under the halls behind the Church and to the producers' market on Sunday morning, or to take advantage of the bar-restaurant in the vicinity, as well as of the ground of petanque of the village.

Every year in August, Lussas hosts the European Documentary Film Festival, which brings together some 5000 professionals and amateurs of the genre. Lussas has become a recognized cultural center. Quick warning on the third week of august which should be animated than usual.

You will find many places to visit and a multitude of activities to try around Lussas.

Within a 10km radius, you can reach Aubenas, Voguë, Vals-Les-Bains, Mirabel, Darbres or Saint-Laurent-Sous-Coiron.
Within a radius of 30km, you can visit Vallon Pont d'Arc, Antraigues-sur-Volane, Thueyts, the Tanargue forest and the Ardéchois plateau.

Beautiful walks are accessible around the village (the Oppidum for example overhanging the valley of the Ardèche), a water point is accessible at 15min on foot to refresh you and several courses in mountain bike are possible.
