A very charming place to stay. We will return. Responsive host. Very clean with everything the traveler requires. Looking for a private quiet retreat, this is it including more books than you could read. Thanks host!
We really enjoyed our stay, house is well stocked and in a great location with hill view and short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the swing and the loft bed.
It was perfect, great location as a little walk to beach and 20 minutes to town. So peaceful and quiet. The communication was great and we felt like we had found our little piece of paradise
Lovely spot for a few quiet nights in Warrington, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Easy walk to the beach, and all of essentials are taken care of. Also great communication from Lindsey.
We loved staying at Tree Cottage. It's a charming 'old-school' bach, just perfect for a cosy weekend away. Lindsey was a great host, with really good communication before and during our stay.
Great wee holiday home, great cooking facilities, great library, love the pot belly stove. Just a nice break to relax and let the world drift by.

A lovely place with a lot of character. Great to get away and have a break. Relaxing and with all the basics that you need. Quiet place to read or walk to the beach.
This was a cozy place to stay. About 20 minutes outside Dunedin in a quiet neighborhood. We had access to a wonderful beach and within easy driving distance to several places along the coast to view sea lions, albatross, and an ecosystem reserve. We stayed in late Feb - this might be a much busier place in high summer due to easy beach access.
Charming kiwi bach nestled in idyllic bush surrounds, close to the sea and estuary. Everything you need for a wind down summer break - great communication from the host.
Beautiful, quiet location. Literally a few minutes' walk to a stunning beach. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The cottage was well equipped and the kitchen had everything I needed. I would certainly go back there!
We stayed 6 days as we visited family and toured the area. Lindsey’s place was a wonder base, relaxing and beautiful; gardens and quiet home. Simple but all that was needed for a quiet and relaxing visit. Host was wonderful, very communicative and responsive. Morning coffee and evening wine on the porch with flowers, bees and nice view of the hillside. A very relaxing and refreshing venue!
