About this property

Welcome to our family fishing cabin! Located on over 1/2 acre of nature, wildlife and Otter Creek which leads directly to the famous Homosassa River and Gulf of Mexico.

The cabin is historic and rustic however recently updated. Looking for the perfect family to share our cabin with that will treat it like their own. Please see photo captions for additional information.

** Important Notes all renters must agree to:
No Smoking in cabin.
No pets allowed.
No parties, no loud music. We do have exterior cameras.
We reserve the right to evict any guests that are not following the strict house rules. No refunds. This is a family cabin - We will not allow our neighbors to be bothered.
No more than 3 vehicles to be parked on property at anytime. No more than 2 boat trailers to be parked on property at anytime.
This is an older fishing cabin. If you're looking for a newer vacation home this is not it.
We only rent to vacationers who will treat our family cabin with respect.
Our cabin is Not child proof.
Boat ramp is available to use at your own risk depending on tides. Max length of boat 20 ft.

First scalloping adventure with grandkids

Cabin was perfect for our use. Boat dock was great for a 21 ft deck boat. Location is ideal with public ramp less than 1 mile, 4 restaurants, 2 convenience stores within biking distance. Definitely recommended!

Cute clean little cabin

What a great stay we had! The ramp was super convenient right next to the dock on property. We were able to use the ramp at our own risk to unload and load our 21ft bay boat. The property was beautiful and super convenient! Kim was very responsive and helpful with anything that presented! We would definitely stay again!

Fishing trip

Stayed for 6 days with a friend for a fishing trip. Launched our boat and tied up on the dock on the property. Perfect location and accommodations to enjoy the area.
