I just finished remodeling this water front duplex that is right across the street from The Freezer in Old Homosassa. One queen bedroom, one beautiful bathroom, full size kitchen with everything you need to cook, a screened in porch with rocking chairs, and a back porch with some chairs and a table. Located on a quiet culdesac but close to everything in Old Homosassa. Enjoy the nature from you back porch. Bring your kayak, paddle board, or low clearance boat, (we have a bridge that is only five feet high). Trailer parking is available. Perfect stay

We had such a great time in Homosassa. Everything was very clean and tidy, we felt very comfortable and the house is beautiful. Everything was very private and we had a direct view on the lake from our very cosy backyard. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back one day.

Nice remodel!

Nicely updated duplex. Dead end road, quiet spot. Deck and screens are hopefully the next remodel. Other than that a perfect spot to spend time in Homosassa
