Lovely beach getaway in Manzanita/Nehalem

Beautiful new beach home located just across the street from a nature preserve with a view of the Coast range in the background invites you to create wonderful memories. The backyard has a large patio, firepit, and charcoal BBQ.
Inside you will find an open great room, kitchen, and dining room floor plan. This beautifully decorated 3 BR/2 BA home has a beachy feel throughout, including shiplap in the entry, great room, dining room, and master bathroom. All bedrooms have carpet flooring. The well-equipped kitchen has quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of prep space.

The great room has a cozy fireplace, a 58" flat-screen TV, and wireless internet, puzzles, children's books and toys, as well as card and board games. Also included are a washer and dryer.

Home sleeps 6. Three bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with a king-sized bed. The 2 queen-sized bedrooms share a hall bath. Master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet.

Ready for the beach? You have access to beach chairs, sand toys, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Conveniently close to Manzanita Beach as well as other beaches, parks, restaurants, and local shops. A block and a half away is Nehalem Bay and Elk Run Trail, a walking path that you can take to Nehalem Point.

Check-in any time after 4:00pm on your arrival date. Check-out time is 11:00am or earlier on your departure date.

Cancellations & Refunds: The total cost of your reservation is refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. After the 30th day prior to your check-in has passed, there will be no refund.

This is a fabulous property. Everything is top notch from the spacious garage, to the furnishings, the tasteful decor, the fireplace, the nice beds and plush towels. I really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio overlooking the elk ranch. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here!

We loved our time here! The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Our family greatly appreciated the extra amenities like the many games and all the gear we needed for a day at the beach. Might be the best rental property Ive stayed at. Beautiful and spotless. Located about 20 min south of Cannon Beach. Also close to Tillamook and Manzanita. My 10-year-old son loved the fire pit and watching the elk roam the adjacent field. Perfect spot to visit the popular coastal towns and then retreat to someplace quiet. Would unquestionably recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in Manzanita! The house was very clean & the hosts were very responsive when we needed help getting the AC to turn on. Great location close to the beach-you can also see Elk from the backyard! My only suggestion is some extra fans in the other rooms because it got a little warm at night sleeping under a duvet cover.
