The adjacent two bedroom apartment has living downstairs with 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has 2 king singles which can be zipped together to make a second double bed (superking). There is a bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. Washing machine and dryer are also located on this level.

Both apartments have outdoor patio areas and access to the swimming pool complex with outdoor pool, spa pool and BBQ area with outdoor fireplace and wood-fired pizza oven. Less than 10 minutes walk from town, the apartments are located in a quiet cul de sac adjacent to Pembroke Park and the AandP Showgrounds. There is plenty of off street parking for cars and boat.
