Homelea is located a short walk from the CBD with easy access to the beautiful Fawlthrop lagoon. This cosy three bedroom property offers everything you need to enjoy the comforts of home while exploring all that Portland has to offer.
The three bedrooms accommodate up to eight people making it an ideal getaway for the family or fishing trip. A newly renovated fully equipped kitchen, and gas heating in the lounge for those cooler months.
Outside you will find a long driveway to park the car and boat, secure back yard with plenty of room for the kids or dog to run around. There is an undercover area with seating and a gas BBQ.
