Our family just had a wonderful late fall vacation that we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful mid-Cape!
Nina is nice person and easy to work with during the whole process. This house is clean, modern, and spacious for our family of 4. The beds are comfortable and we had good sleeps. We can't wait to come back next year!

Thank you very much for submitting a review. It's a pleasure to host you and welcome back any time.
Our stay at Nina’s house in the heart of Cape Cod was truly a fantastic experience. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. Kudos to the host for maintaining such a pristine space. The host's responsiveness added an extra layer of convenience to our trip.
One of the standout features of this house is its proximity to the beach, just a short 10-minute walk away. I cherished my morning walks to the beach and enjoy the fresh September air.
The enclosed veranda was a highlight of the property, perfect for savoring the pleasant September climate. We spent morning and evening meals enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Additionally, the house's central location allowed us to explore the best of Cape Cod. We took advantage of the nearby fish market pier in Chatham, indulging in delicious fresh seafood and taking in the maritime ambiance. The proximity to attractions like the Pirate Museum and Glass Museum added an extra layer of entertainment during a rainy day.
In summary, our stay at this Cape Cod house was a delightful experience. It provided all the elements of a perfect vacation - cleanliness, convenience, beach access, and close proximity to attractions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable Cape Cod getaway. Thank you to the host for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great Harwichport location
The best thing about this rental was the location-nice short walk to the beach (.4miles). The disappointing part was the actual house. There were 4 bedrooms but only one of them had a dresser, so everyone else had to keep their clothes in their suitcase for the week. Only two of the rooms had any type of closet, again, a challenge for storing your clothes for those in the other 2 rooms. We all found that the beds were uncomfortable except for in the upstairs (master?)bedroom. The mattresses were quite noisy/crunchy sounding when you moved around and lacked support. Of course, I don't expect a Sealy Posturepedic in a vacation rental, but these were not very good. The dishwasher was not secure within it's space so when you opened the door and pulled out the drawers to load it, the whole thing clamored and tried to tip out. It would have been nice to have a couple of full rolls of toilet paper as there were 2.5 baths (a nice feature) and it would also have been nice to have more towels. The house says that it can hold 9 people, but there were only 6 bath towels and 6 hand towels (though it was mentioned to bring extra towels I didn't think we should have had to.)

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We strive to provide one of the best-quality lodges in the area at a reasonable rate and its proximity to the beach. While we understand that expectations can vary, the majority of our guests over the years have expressed satisfaction, evident in numerous positive reviews and guest book entries.
To enhance our guests' experience, we've recently updated some furnishings, including the living room set and mattresses. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests who stayed last fall following these updates is a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement. We appreciate your input, and it motivates us to continue our efforts to ensure every guest has a memorable stay.

Difficult owner, great location.
Owner was difficult to work with. Despite accepting the request via VRBO she contacted me and requested that I wire her an additional visa processing fee and a separate security deposit.
Freezer would not make more than a dozen cubes of ice per day and the fridge was not cold enough. A/C was set to 78F at night and was locked, thus not allowing us to set the temperature to our comfort.
WiFi would go on and off every hour or two forcing one to reset both the router and modem repeatedly.
Based on text messages we were sent throughout the weekend by the owner, we felt like we were being watched/listened to.
The owner only addressed certain issues (including telling us to unplug the fridge for a day to reset it, not taking into consideration the food we had brought for our stay). Owner did not have a lockbox set up and was in the home for over an hour after our arrival. This was unsettling as we tried to settle in and unpack. She did compensate for this by extending our check-out by two hours.
Otherwise a lovely little home with enough space for two families of four. Location was convenient - half a mile walk to a very small beach, but still walkable to another larger beach which had restrooms available.

Amit is a nightmare for all the rental home owners. I greeted him on his check in date and he showed his aggressiveness and demanding nature on first sight which I ignored. He does not know the words " respect and appreciation" and is certainly high maintenance tenant I ever met in my over 10 years hosting experience.
Same date after we met, I was, on my way home, I got a call from him and he was crying "the freezer does not work". Strange, I thought, it was working when I was there. I then ask him what is wrong. He then said the freezer does not making ice. I responded that the freezer does making ice as I see the ice in the freezer tray and also heard the noise when the ice cubes dropped to the bucket while I was there. He then says the refrig is not cold enough. I told him I have several groups rented the house before him, no one ever complained the refrigerator not working. I was there this afternoon, it feels normal to me. I asked him if he has ajar the door and if that is the case there may be frost built up and way to fix is to unplug and wait for defrost and 99% time, the refrig will be back in life.
He then said the freezer does not make enough ice. Later on I found out he came here for a fishing trip and instead of waiting for the freezer to do its job he may just anxiously open and close the freezer to check the ice cub counts and called me numerous time on his first date of check-in. He called me while I was drove home, he called me after 10:00pm same day, he calls me anytime he feels like, no stopping.
H's contentious demands prompted me to check my Ring doorbell camera history a day later and I then discovered he carries bunch of fishing gears and large coolers, etc. Instead of purchasing ice bags from the nearby supermarket to get instant refill of the ice for his large cooler, he wants the rental home refrigerator be the ice maker to generate the quantities he wanted within couple hours.
He lied about everything and apparently was paranoid when I pointed out he can not bring his fishing gear indoor and should process his fishing produce using outdoor faucet. Part of the reason I met him at the house is to install the Ring door bell which turns out to be useful in this situation.
He was paranoid as he constantly lie about things. After I check my Ring history and understood why he cried and lied about the freezer ice making function. He just too cheap to go to the nearby supermarket pickup 2-3 bags of ice for his fishing coolers which will only cost him less than $10.
When I ask him not to bring his fishing poles and gears indoor, he got paranoid and make a untrue statement that I have "hidden camera in the house".
No I do not have any indoor camera, what I have is an Ring camera to guard the yard activity which was installed the date of his check in date.
My internet works fine as well. I have other families came after his stay and worked at the house with no issue. He maybe too paranoid to disconnect the wifi at one point during his stay. When I ask about wifi connection(as my Ring warn me a disconnection happened), he got paranoid again and the wifi mysteriously come back online again.
Amit is a nightmare to any rental home owner. I wish everyone who deal with this type of renter has a chance to view this response.
I rented this house for my family to stay in the weekend for my wedding. This house was perfect! First of all, it's ver clean and well maintained. It is not far from the wedding venue Wychmete Beach Resort. The house is only a short walk to the beach and it is nicely renovated and beautifully decorated which you don't find a lot in Cape Cod. The owner also provided us linens and towels which is really a plus for our party. I highly recommend this house for any family for lead yore or wedding stay. Simply beatiful.

Perfect Experience
A group of young couples stayed here Memorial Day weekend and we had an AWESOME time. The house itself is immaculate and update, with a layout both inside and out that accommodates entertaining. The screened porch that led to the spacious backyard was ideal for cocktails and dinner, and the yard itself provided space to lay out and play a game of cornhole. It's ideally situated between harwich and dennisport, with tons to do around it (I recommend Happy Hour Saturdays at the Improper!). The beach is super close too. Nina, the property manage, was thorough and prompt in our interactions when booking. Our whole group was impressed and had a great weekend. We can't wait to book again next year!

Fantastic house in middle Cape close to everything
Nina's house is beautiful! Newly renovated with lots of room, large bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a pristine kitchen. House was very clean and the owner provided insight about things to do. The house is a few blocks from the beach. Also, I recommend Harwich Port since you can visit Provincetwon in about 45 minutes and are still close enough to ferries to easily get to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Nice backyard for the kids to play as well. I highly recommend this house if you are thinking about a vacation with the kids in the Cape.

Love It !!!
Our family had a wonderful vacation that we just did not want to end!!
This house is very clean, modern and up to date with everything close by, restaurants, shops, Harwich Port town centers, best of all you can walk to the ocean beach!!!
Every day we were able to walk to Main St for different activities and restaurants or bike into the village to get the paper or fresh supplies. The beach near the house is Brook St with some parking. On its right it's Earl St Beach with a large parking lot. The Bank Street beach is also not too far as well and wonderful (very warm). The waves can be rough on little kids, but “Pleasant” beach is not that far. The outdoor shower came in handy when we got back from daily jaunts. The house is very roomy and everything is new. The location allowed us to travel in every direction with ease. Nothing was very far. Only 20 min to National Sea Shore Salt Pond visitor center.
We have stayed on the Cape in other houses but put this house high about the rest!!!!
