Great location. Easy to find, close to a store and amenities, but still has the feeling of being secluded. Loved the hot tub and heated floors.

Bug problem
The cabin itself was beautiful. We loved the location. It has a feeling of being completely immersed in nature however, there were continually dead bugs falling from the ceiling we constantly had to clean them up and felt like the property was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our stay.

Beautiful home and property. Lots of privacy and easy access down to the river. I would have given this property 5 stars but the communication with property management was horrific. Cleaners left what we later realized was “bleach pebbles” on the washer and we used it on our laundry. We scoured the mud/laundry room beforehand and there was nothing else. And because it wasn’t labeled “for the hot tub” and genuinely looked like powdered detergent, we thought that must have been it. And they didn’t want to leave an entire bottle like most do, to keep from guest overusing. We were dead wrong….As you can imagine, over 300 ruined in clothes. Took days for property management to respond, was provided no real explanation or compensation other than “so sorry”. Also, asked about the TV and could not get a response on how to work it. They “didn’t know”. To have spent so much money and have that experience was a total disappointment. But I should have known, because the reviews were shaky. We travel A LOT and I’m a “ give them the benefit of the doubt” type of person. Lesson learned. Owners need to find new property management. We have a 2nd home in a highly sought out mountain range. I’d be furious if I found out this was the experience one of our guest endured, considering what we charge. Because it means I’m paying someone to do a job that they are not. This was the last stop of our Oregon trip, from Portland, to the coast and ending here. Pitiful and shameful.
