Beautiful waterfront Rowayton home for rent August 15-29. Located in the private Bell Island Beach Association and steps from two private beaches, two beautiful parks and a playground. Water views from every window! All new kitchen appliances and central air conditioning.
Access to two swim docks, paddle boards and kayaks.
Three bedrooms- master with private full bath, a queen bed and a balcony, second with a full bed, balcony and shared full bath. Third bedroom is the entire third floor of the house with two full beds and balcony overlooking Long Island sound. Second floor office includes washer/dryer, apple TV and a outdoor seating area. Additional apple TV in family room.
Perfect location for a beach getaway! The village of Rowayton, a 1 mile stroll or bike away, includes a small market, sandwich and ice cream shop, a pizza place and two high end delicious restaurants offering curbside or outdoor dining - Sails and Rowayton Seafood. It is a quaint seaside New England village.
