About this property

Country-chic private House with laundry.

Come visit Queen Creek and our slice of country. Plenty of parking including. We are a few minutes drive from San Tan Regional Park if you prefer a hike in the beautiful desert. Close to Chandler, Gilbert or anywhere you want to be in the east valley. Come visit and enjoy the sun.

The space
Guest house provides one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and stairs that lead to a loft that offers a single bed. Upstairs has floor space for an air mattress for additional sleeping. The stairs that lead to the loft are steep. Open kitchen.

Guest access
Guest house is on the east side of the detached garage. Please enter at the second entrance/parking to the guest house just east of the main house entrance.
Other things to note
We are dog friendly and allow up to 2 dogs during your stay. NO CATS.
Please note the space does have AC. however during the months of May to the end of September the loft temperature can get very warm and difficult to keep cool.

Cute place! Clean and good location for us.Some things to know: 2nd bed is in a loft with steep stairs. Entrance is not lit so follow directions carefully. Ask for more towels, we only had 2.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Only 1 tv with a love seat for relaxation in the living room. No tv in bedroom. 2nd floor bedroom is challenging to climb into. Amenities such as body wash and shampoo were empty. There were no menus, food stores or restaurant information as an curtesy. Only 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person. There was only one wash cloth.Time for a deep cleaning.

Comfy and Cozy

Quiet and cozy place for our sports trip. Convenient place to travel to the few places we needed to go to. The host was super helpful with tips for the area. It was so nice to come back to a space all to ourselves. I really enjoyed staying here. I enjoyed the smaller space that made it for closer with our daughter. Kind of forced her to hang out with Mom and Dad. If we came back this way, is definitely stay here again.

It was a good place to stay, however the listing was inaccurate. It is not two bedrooms. It’s a 1 bedroom and a loft. There was no 2 queen beds. There was a queen bed in the 1 bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living room and a day bed with a pull out in the loft. There also is not 2 bathrooms. It was only 1. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning inside the cabinets and the spices are all expired. Overall it did work out. It is a cute place to stay. Just not what was expected according to the listing description. I do recommend it just know the listing is inaccurate.

Sariah first I would like to apologize for the inaccurate description. Thank you for bringing that to our attention as we were unaware that a second bathroom was added. As for the upstairs loft, there are not any options for us to list the room is a loft and not a bedroom. Because it has a bed and is a separate sleeping area it is considered a bedroom on the listing site. I have also corrected the size of the sofa bed as it is considered a full. Thank you for booking with us and if you find your way back in our area we would like to offer you a 10% discount for the misunderstanding.

This place is great! Super close to family while visiting. There was miscommunication when checking in with door lock issues but quickly resolved. Only has one small mirror in the bathroom. Would recommend a tall mirror in closet. Thank you for a great stay!
