Kick back and relax while listening to the waves crash on the beach, in this little slice of paradise.
Take a stroll along the beach, explore the tide pools, try your luck at fishing or just relax by the fire pit and enjoy the sunsets.
The house is new with high quality finishings including a pool table and ping pong table! There is a queen bed upstairs in the loft (where you can wake up and watch the waves from your pillow) and downstairs a queen bed in the guest room, bunk beds and full kitchen for all your cooking and entertaining.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Compost & Trash: Please pack up the trash, tie the bag and either leave under sink or put it beside the door and my cleaner will take care of it after you check out.
Towels: Please pile all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Dishes: Please place any dirty dishes in the large sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to VRBO
Please be careful when using the kitchen countertop as it stains/scratches easily. Please use the mats/coasters provided when using the countertops.
Exercise caution near the water, check the local tide times. We won’t be liable for any unsafe use of the property, accidents, loss or damages.

A wonderful maritime spot, alongside nearby towns that are fun & relaxing to explore. The property is fully equipped with both entertainment and convenience, and the overnight accommodations are comfortable for the most part. This beach house location is an easy recommendation to make for larger and smaller families alike, and it's the perfect getaway whether you come from away or you're close to home. Enjoy!

I’m born and raised in Nova Scotia and as a kid in the 80’s spent a lot of time in this part of the province with my grandparents. I love this area and when I got a chance to buy this land a few years ago I couldn’t pass it up.
We built a summer vacation home on the property and decided to share it with guests so they can enjoy the place as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

When you arrive at the Blue Beach House, you will be in immersed in nature and right on the water. When the tide goes out, you can explore tide pools, and I love sitting by the fire pit at night listening to the waves crash on the beach, looking up at the millions of stars in the sky. It’s so peaceful, it’s such a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy!

What makes this property unique

We have a remote beachfront property, it’s new, modern with everything you need to relax and have a peaceful vacation but also ping pong, pool table and PS3 to have some fun too!
