The apartment in perfect condition, is on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with on one side a lounge area with a sofa, and on the other a sleeping area with a wardrobe bed with a 140cm bed for 2 people, a kitchen area equipped with top fridge, microwave and extractor hood, a bathroom with WC and a large terrace of approximately 15m², facing south with garden furniture to enjoy the sun. The accommodation also has a cellar with a washing machine. Appartement très récent avec place de parking très bien sécurisé. Proches commerces et plage à 5 mn à pieds. Déco très sympa. Jolie terrasse mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car la terrasse du voisin avait plein d’excréments de chien l’odeur était insoutenable. Nous avons appelé Foncia mais rien n’a été fait. Aussi une odeur très forte de remontée d’égout dans la salle de bain était très désagréable. Le matelas n’était pas confortable. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour.

Très agréable séjour dans ce très beau studio bien placé et bien équipé.

Très agréable séjour. Studio très propre à notre arrivée, offrant un bel espace, joliment décoré et bien équipé, avec une petite terrasse permettant de profiter du soleil. La plage, une petite supérette, une boulangerie, des restaurants sont très proches et accessibles à pieds. Le vieux port de la Rochelle accessible en bateau-bus, ou en vélo en 20 minutes via les nombreuses pistes cyclables présentes sur La Rochelle. La place de parking sous-terrain mise à disposition avec le studio est un vrai plus pour pouvoir garer sa voiture. Le seul petit point qui a été gênant est une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain provenant des canalisations à cause de son emplacement au rez-de-chaussé (il ne fallait pas oublier de bien fermer la porte de la salle de bain pour ne pas être incommodé par l'odeur).

We parfait

Emplacement idéal pour le port des minimes. Beau studio , bien équipé très agréable avec petite terrasse, je propose juste un petit tapis en sortie de douche. Calme et tranquille. Avec le petit plus , le parking en sous sol avec accès facile Résidence bien sécurisée Je recommande mais la période du premier mai n’est que le début de la saison
