Mooi appartement rustig gelegen, maar toch dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden van La Rochelle

Zeer net en goed ingericht appartement met een fijn terras met zicht op een bassin en veel groen. Zeer goed gelegen dichtbij de Vieux Port. Alles te voet kunnen bezoeken.Super sympathieke.Veilige parkeerplaats al is die paar straten verder. Hondje zeer welkom.

Séjour la Rochelle

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre et au calme. Le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible. Nous sommes vraiment très contents de nôtre séjour.

accueil particilièrement chaleureux de M Liedts - appartement spacieux, très clair où tout est prévu pour un séjour agréable - (place de parking: chose rare à La Rochelle)- situé à 5 mn du centre, du port et des lieux de visite - très au calme pourtant - dans un immeuble soigné à recommander sans réserve

Un paradis de calme et de verdure

Bien situé, au calme,aupied d,un bassin de reserve d,eau. Proche de la grande roue, de la gare et de l,office de tourisme. Une superette au bout de la rue. Sejour extraordinaire de repos. C,est un havre de paix avec tout le necessaire et meme une tele grand ecran.. Sur le conseil du proprietaire, je suis allée voir l,interieur de l,hotel de ville: superbe!!!

Appartement très agréable et bien placé.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour d une semaine à La Rochelle. Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout servi de la voiture pendant une semaine. Garée dans un endroit sûr indiqué par le propriétaire très attentionné.

Hôte super, appartement très bien et très bien situé, excellent séjour

L'appartement est conforme à la description donnée dans l'annonce. Très bien situé, parking privé très utile puisque tout se fait à pieds. Notre hôte, Monsieur Liedts, a été très accueillant et nous a donné plein d'indications très utiles sur la ville et les points d'intérêt aux alentours. Rien à redire. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. La Rochelle et les environs sont un très bel endroit.

Super appart !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l'état de l'appartement et de l'emplacement est irréprochable, placé dans une rue très calme a 5 min de toute l'animation de la Rochelle ( restaurant, bar, boîte de nuit, activitées), tout peut se faire a pied, très belle vue sur un canal/étang. Le propriétaire est très sympa, arrangeant. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés.
