About this property

Absolute waterfront apartment. Stunning river views. Swimming pool and kayaks.

Private and secluded yet minutes away from town, our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is located in a secure gated apartment complex with heated swimming pool (October to Easter) and is fully self-contained. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, and laundry facilities. Two kayaks are available for our guests to use free of charge.

Bedding configuration includes two double bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and two single beds in the third bedroom - perfect for families and groups. Linen and towels are provided.

Ideal for year-round holidays, there is a purpose built drying/storage room to air out your ski gear after a day on the slopes.

The apartment has an internal garage for covered and secure two-car parking and has direct access to the river banks for fishing, water sports and picnics.

Curved TV, high quality soundbar audio system and free wifi internet and Netflix.

* Portacot and high chair are available (please supply your own linen for the portacot).

* Luxury self catering accommodation at its best yet at an affordable price

Enjoy riding our wonderful mountain bike tracks which are located just a few minutes ride from the apartment and cater for all abilities, or simply ride into town for a coffee or along the Lions walk on the lake shore to Wharewaka Point.

Min stay 1 nights midweek and Sunday nights. Weekends we may request a 2 night stay (Friday and Saturday nights). Longer stays may be requested during holidays, event or peak periods.

There is strictly a NO PARTY policy for this apartment.

Cleaning fee includes all linen and cleaning for up to four guests. For each additional person $20 is charged.

You won't be disappointed by this apartment. It's very convenient to town, amazing view and good facilities. Although there are alot of apartments in the complex it is a well managed and quiet location. Greg responded quickly to any questions and accomodated our special requests. We were a family group of 6 adults. The kitchen has all the equipment/appliances you need and a few basics (salt/pepper/oil) in the cupboard. Everything very clean, tidy and well presented.

Fantastic riverside location with convenient, small pool. Incredibly comfortable and spacious.

A fantastic experience right from booking, through payment, checking in and stay. Could not recommend this apartment enough. Only wish we were there longer to really enjoy the location more. Riverside is beautiful with a big glass windows overlooking the river. Underground garage is incredibly convenient. The location is very close to town. Beds are incredibly comfortable with a lovely linen and towels. The only thing it could do with is a few more home comforts as there was no tea towel or boardgames etc, but these did not deter from the quality of the property.

We had such a fantastic stay.

We had such a fantastic stay. Well equipped holiday spot. The townhouse is in the most ideal location. Walking distance to town, easy drive to Acacia Bay and everything else Taupo offers. We were there for the summer concert and loved watching all the boats lining up on the river to listen in to the concert. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and the river. Thanks for a fantastic stay. We hope to be back again next year!

We are thrilled to share our lovely apartment with our guests - so you can experience the beautiful location too. Being absolute riverfront fantastic views of the tranquil waters flowing past the apartment through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
We are experienced hosts and want to make your Taupo holiday memorable and really enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

Taupo is considered the "Queenstown of the North Island" (except it's warmer in winter!). The lake and mountains are beautiful and we are lucky to have found this fantastic apartment with modern open-plan living areas, wonderful water views and a balcony.
Peaceful location yet only minutes walk into Taupo township.
Swimming pool onsite is free for our guests as are the kayaks that we provide.
Free high speed internet is available and we offer free Netflix too.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful, private and secluded. Launch the kayaks or fish for trout directly in front of the apartment.
Lots of light and floor-to-ceiling double-glazing provides brilliant unobstructed views of the river in front of the apartment.
