A sunny well appointed 50 sq metre approx apartment below the main house with private entry and good off street parking.
There is one queen bedroom, a separate lounge and a full kitchen all north facing and bordering the beach reserve and city walkway. All
bedding and towels are supplied.
The kitchen includes a front loader washing machine.
SKY TV and free Wi-Fi internet are provided, along with
complimentary Tea and coffee etc.
Using the Walkway it's a 2 min walk to East End and Fitzroy Surf Clubs, New Plymouth Boardriders Club and Fitzroy Bowling Club.
15 min walk to centre of town.
No cleaning charge.
Minimum Two Nights.
No vouchers please.
Special conditions:
Max 2 adults. No children sorry.
Smoking area outside.
