We are able to cater for larger crowds with plenty of room for boats, caravans and tents and no noise control. The owners also reside on the 30 acres but you are very private and have exclusive use of the beach. Suitable for events with plenty of room for your marquee. N/B If you want to use the property as a venue for an event with extra invited guests over the number booked to sleep, there is a charge and this must be discussed with the owner when the inquiry is made.

Your DOG IS WELCOME if it has its own bedding. We have a pet fee of $25pn. Please discuss with the owner. All outdoor areas are very private from the rest of the farm. Gates to the beach are left open and live stock moved a distance away for ease of beach access.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Smoking outside only. No open fires (Council permits required) Gatherings: $35 per person for over 10 booked whether sleeping the night or not.
There is no charge for tents. $30 per night fee for caravans and campervans separate from the extra guest charge.
