Modern new house situated on quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy the beauty of Pauanui from this superb location, just across the road from the beach and an easy stroll to the estuary or wharf. Two levels with views from the top level. Lots of space and two living areas make for a very relaxing holiday. Great indoor/outdoor flow to large deck (partially covered). Double garage with remote control access for vehicle and bikes.

Perfect spot

We had the best time in Pauanui. The house had absolutely everything we needed! The bikes and table tennis table were greatly enjoyed. Walking distance to beach and estuary it was just special. Nicole was awesome to deal with and the house was tidy, warm, large just ideal. We will be back!

Pauanui get away

Property was located in a great position near the beach and the estuary. House itself was a good size for the 7 of us. Negatives - TV didn’t work and the owner didn’t try to get it sorted out. Cleanliness of the property wasn’t great and could do with a deep clean. Property was pretty worn and could do with a re furbishment.

We really enjoyed staying at this property, it was ideal for our 2 families staying together with young children. The house is so close to the beach and on a quiet cul de sac which was nice for our kids to ride bikes/scooters around. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Overall a really nice layout of the house. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Nicola 😊
