If coming for a large gathering of people we still have NON-REFUNDABLE policies applying so please don't book with us if you don't want to still come to stay anyway if your larger gathering is cancelled due to NZ Alert Levels changing.

We welcome you to come and stay in our lovely two bedroom cottage with full length verandah. Enjoy the comfortable beds and leather Lazyboy chairs, SKY TV, Blueray player with complimentary DVDs to choose from, airconditioning, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom for your convenience when there are three or four guests staying. If booking is only for TWO people then ONLY ONE BEDROOM/ENSUITE will be available to you.

NO arrivals or departures on Christmas Day/Boxing Day sorry! (i.e. Public Holidays thereof).

NO arrivals or departures on New Year's Day/2nd January (i.e. Public Holidays thereof).

MINIMUM STAY rate and MINIMUM PRICE for FOUR guests may apply during peak times and peak season.

Micro service each day i.e. fresh towels daily and rubbish bin bag changed daily.

Our property has its own good water supply drilled in 2012.

FREE WI-FI and a enjoy a complimentary ice cream each on day of arrival.

Breakfast provisions for the morning after your day of arrival can be requested at an EXTRA cost.

If NZ is in Lockdown - Full details of guests and their situation will be required before entry to our property please to ensure they meet requirements for us to operate as an Essential Business. Please do not be offended if your stay is denied/cancelled so please check first. We have applied a 7 night minimum stay at the moment to ensure time before and after stays for thorough disinfectant cleaning procedures. We want to allow time to leave gaps between stays as well. All stays at the moment are non-serviced and guests will need to clean the unit themselves to a high standard during their stay if staying for longer than 7 nights, do their own washing of towels and sheets etc. Social distancing must be adhered to at all times.
