Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and takes advantage of the fabulous views of the parkland and turquoise blue waters of the bay.

The front living zone offers a stylish yet comfortable place to relax and soak up the foreshore views. Ducted air conditioning throughout the home allows for year-round climate control.

The kitchen is a modern chef’s paradise, boasting copious bench space and high-end appliances that make entertaining a breeze. Featuring dual convection ovens, a gas stovetop, coffee machine, and dishwasher; as well as a spacious island bench perfect for casual meals or prepping fresh food for the family. Easy care tiled flooring flows through the downstairs level.

The open design seamlessly connects to the 8-seater dining area, internal courtyard with gas BBQ and indoor/outdoor alfresco; making it ideal for both intimate family dinners and lively gatherings after a day of sun and sand. Alfresco area offers more seating to relax, as well as a bar fridge and ceiling fan. Perfect for those endless summer days with family and friends.

The theatre room is the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the region; with reclining chairs, a smart TV and surround sound system.
