The balcony will be your special place where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a relaxed evening meal. The nights lights from this balcony are spectacular!

The convenience of this location puts you a couple of minutes from Palmer Street where you’ll find an array of restaurants. Or you can walk across the bridge and be in the city in five minutes. Here you will find specialty shops, convenience stores and of course more fantastic dining venues. If you don’t mind a longer walk you can continue to the Strand and experience the waterfront vibe. Here you’ll find cafes overlooking the water, a variety of restaurants and more shopping. You can also walk as far as Pallarenda beach at one end and the Marina and Casino at the other.

Inside your space you have a modern kitchen with all the necessary amenities to cook up a storm, but of course you might want to simply walk to one of the many bars and restaurants on offer in Townsville. The two bedrooms are spacious, and the main bedroom features an ensuite and plenty of wardrobe space if you are here on a longer stay. It also features views across to the city. There’s also a gorgeous swimming pool in the complex.

The unit was great! Location near the river meant the views were nice, and it was close to all the restaurants on Palmer St. The marinas are a walkable distance away, my son and I walked to and from our Jetski experience around Magnetic Island.The only negative, and I'm sure it's already been fixed, but none of the mini-splits worked for AC when we were there. It wasn't much of an issue except for a warm final evening, as we visited in the winter (July) and it had probably been a while since they'd been used. I wouldn't let our AC experience change my opinion, this is definitely a great place to stay, and I would stay here again. As I said, I'm writing this around 10 days after our visit, and I'm sure they've already been fixed.TLDRGreat location, great unit, nice bathrooms, functional kitchen with a wok holder on one of the burners. Would stay here again.
