This beautiful 3BR/2BA condo is sure to give you that soothing coastal vibe with its colorful decor and ample living area. Step outside onto the condo's expansive covered porch for a complete view of one of the largest swimming pools on the island as well as the community hot tubs. At Smooth Sailing, you are less than a 5 minute walk from a couple of restaurants, a grocery store and the beautiful sandy beaches! Also, you are only 20 minutes from Southport, a popular filming location for television and movies, and approximately 35 - 40 minutes from Wilmington and North Myrtle Beach.

Fabulous condo stay at Oak Island NC

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo location. The interior/location was as described....very clean, linens ready upon arrival & great correspondence with the property manager Ms. Russell. The water was consistently hot, the appliances all worked well & the ac was more than sufficient for June stay.

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It’s a great location - a short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Great location short walk to the beach, condo is very spacious and laid out perfect for families. Ocean view is at the front of the condo. Parking space is awesome and can accommodate plenty of cars/jet ski trailers/beach toys.

Very nice place!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was very well maintained. Owners have kept the condo updated and it was very spacious. Definitely recommend this place for families too! The owners were so nice and great to work with. It was a short walk to the beach and access was very convenient.

Perfect beach getaway

Our family of four loved this condo! It was spacious, very clean, and in the perfect location. We especially loved the complex's pool. I didn't realize when I booked that it's an end unit, which means a nice amount of sunlight. Highly recommended!

Annual Summer Trip

This is our third year and we love staying here. Always clean and convenient to beach, grocery store and local attractions. Great stay even post hurricane

Just one week after a hurricane came through Oak Island, we stayed at this lovely property. The condo was well appointed and the easy access (150 yards) to the beach was fantastic. Inside, the layout was inviting and spacious for our family of five. Restaurants, ice cream shops and Food Lion is easily walkable. Our only disappointment was the pool was closed because of the storm. We will be back in the future to give it a try.

Great location and HUGE pool

We had a nice stay at this condo. The location was great to walk to the beach and other local shops. Nice deck to sit out on looking at the pool. The pool is HUGE. 2 Hot tubs, 1 was heated but neither timer for the jets was working. Well stocked kitchen and sturdy dining table. Due to unforseen medical emergencies there was a delay in our clean linens arriving. The owner was very apologetic as was the linen service and we did get compensated fairly for that. Some things I always appreciate seeing in a review are the comfort of the beds and couches. Unfortunately these would get a 2-3 out of 5 stars. Our queen bed was stiff and CREAKY! Anytime one of us moved it would wake the other person up. The couches looked to be in good shape but I believe the large couch had a pull out bed (not for use) so a board was placed under the cushions to keep them elevated. It was NOT comfortable 😬. Lots of pros about this condo location and other amenities but furniture definitely needs updated to more comfortable seating/sleeping arrangements!
